1. A CHEATING: Case FIR No. 68/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 18.05.2017 U/S 420, 468, 471 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Abhishek A/P Manager in Himachal Pradesh Gramin Bank Branch office, Bhattakufar at Dhalli Shimla alleging therein that on 27.02.2015, a loan amounting to Rs. 4 lacs was sanctioned to Mr. Jitender Verma S/O Bali Ram had applied for business loan at our branch (situated at Bhattakufar) with the condition that the borrower had no any type of loan from any bank or financially institution for which affidavit was also submitted by the borrower. Now after abotaining the cibil report it has come to our notice above person also had loan account from other banks, i.e. house loan of Rs. 9 lacs before applying for loan in our branch. Hence above person has submitted a false affidavit and cheated with Bank with common criminal intention, so that wrongful loss to the Bank. The case in being investigated by SI Kewal Singh I/O PS Dhalli.
2. A CHEATING: Case FIR No 70/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 19.05.2017 U/S 420,468,471 IPC on the Complaint of Sh Abhishek A/P Manager Gramin Bank Bhatta Kuffar, Shimla stated therein that on 19.07.2016, a loan amounting to Rs. 5 lacs sanctioned in favor of wife of Sh. Rajesh Radhaik had applied for business loan at our branch (situated at Bhattakufar) with the condition that she had no any type of loan from any bank or financially institution for which affidavit was also submitted by the borrower. After abotaining the cibil report it has come to the notice that Smt Kalpna Devi W/O Rajesh Radhaik also had loan account from other banks, i.e. Busness loan of Rs. Fifty Thousand before applying for loan in our branch. Hence a false affidavit was submitted by her and cheated with Bank with criminal intention. The case is being investigated by SI Kamal Dev I/O PS Dhalli.
3. A CHEATING: Case FIR No 71/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli today on 19.05.2017 U/S 420,468,471 IPC on the Complaint of Sh Abhishek A/P Manager in Gramin Bank Bhatta Kuffar Dhalli stated therein that on 08.05.2017, a loan amounting to Rs. 4 lacs to Sh Kamal Kishore Thakur S/O Dhanni Ram had applied for business loan at our branch (situated at Bhattakufar) with the condition that the borrower had no any type of loan from any bank or financially institution for which affidavit was also submitted by the borrower. However after abotaining the cibil report it has come to our notice that Sh Kamal Kishore Thakur S/O Dhani Ram also had loan account from other bank, i.e. House loan of 17 lacs before applying for loan in their branch. Hence a false affidavit was submitted by him and cheated Bank with criminal intention. The case is being investigated by ASI Dharam Singh, I/O PS Dhalli.
4. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 69/17 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 19.05.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Deepak S/o Sh. Lal Bahadur R/o C/o Arvind Kishta R/o Village Bagi (Batwadi) PO Chirgaon, Distt. Shimla, age 18 years stated therein that on 18.05.2017, he alongwith Bharat was going towards Rohru in Truck No. HP-10A-4556 loaded with bricks, driven by Hitesh Thakur. At about 11-00 PM, when they reached near Sanjuali, at the same time a vehicle No. DL-3CCE-6709, came rashly from Sanjauli side and hit with Truck. In this accident, six persons sitting in the above vehicle, sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Rameshwar Singh, I/O PS Dhalli.
5. AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 78/17 has been registered at PS Kotkhai today on 19.05.2017 U/S 279, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Naresh Kumar S/o Sh. Aklu Ram R/o Village Bagi, PO Chhaila, Tehsil Theog, Shimla stated therein that on the intervening night of 18/19.05.2017, a Dumper Truck No. HR-61B-8595 met with an accident near Bagra and rolled down from the road due to rash & negligent driving of Manish Sharma R/o Borhulla, Gelkey, Nepali Basti, Sibsagar, Geleki Jungle, Sibsagr Assam, age 23 yers and died on the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Tulsi Ram, I/O PS Kotkhai.
6. During last 24 hours 227 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 106 & fine realized Rs. 36,200/- and 20 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,000/-.
FOLLOW-UP:
1. Accused Vikram Thakur S/o Sh. Gian Chand R/o Village & PO Basal, Tehsil & Distt. Solan, Age 29 years, arrested in case FIR No. 74/17 Dt. 17.05.2017 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS West, today released on bail, by the Ld. Court.
