Crime Report On May 10, 2017.

1.    A HOUSE TRESPASS : Case FIR No 40/17 has been registered at PS Jhakri on 09.05.2017 U/S 447, 435, 427, 504, 506 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Sh. Hukam Chand S/o Sh. Shukru Ram R/O Village Shah PO Dofda Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP age 60 years. He alleging that he has a land in chuk Funja vide khata khatuni no 104/236 &  khasra no 508 in which he planted 65 apple plants. On dated 01-05-2017 a person namely Naitu Ram S/O Sh. Mangli R/O village Shah set a fire on his above land and destroyed his 65 apple plants, abusing him & threatened him with dire consequences. Case is being investigated by ASI Rajesh Kumar I/C PP Sarahan, PS Jhakri.

2.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 32/17 has been registered at PS Jubbal today on 10.05.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Naresh Kumar S/o Sh. Chaman Lal R/o Shobha, PO Dochi, Tehsil Jubbal, District Shimla, HP stated therein that he alongwith dvr Sandeep Chauhan was going to Anti in his vehicle No. HP 10B-8007 Alto 800, as he reached Near Mandal Kainchi above driver lost his control over the vehicle and rolled down from the road. in this accident both sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Kartar Singh I/O PS Jubbal.

3.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 65/17 has been registered at PS New Shimla today on 10.05.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ved Prakash S/o Sh. Bala Ram R/o Vill. Shira, PO Poabo, Tehsil & Distt Shimla stated therein that he was coming from Rampur To Shimla in New Prem Pvt Bus No. HP 68B-0162 as he reached at Khalini Upper Chowk a person namely Fula Singh hit by above Bus from back side. in this accident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Anil Kumar I/O PS New Shimla.

4.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 24/17 has been registered at PS Nerwa today on 10.05.2017 U/S 279 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Aslam S/O Sh. Noor Mohd R/o Vill Kima chandrawali Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla age 36 years alleging therein that Today he A/W Sitar Mohd S/O Fatudeen Village Kima chandrawali was going towards Bharto Nala in vehicle No HP 25-0559 driven by Mohd Haneef S/O Rohan Deen Village Kima chandrawali. At about 9.50 AM as they reached Near Bharto Kenchi. Dvr Mohd Haneef lost his control over the vehicle due to rash and negligent driving & vehicle rolled down from the road about 400 feet . The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand N0 125 I/O PS Nerwa.

During last 24 hours 234 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 150 & fine realized Rs. 93,400/- and 23 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2300/-.
