Crime Report on May, 14, 2017

  1. An Accident Case FIR No 43/17 has been registered at PS Rorhu on 13.05.2017 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Kuldeep Singh S/O Sh. Rai Dass R/O Vill. Bashla PO Arhal Teh. Rohru Distt Shimla A/P HRTC Conductor Rohru HP alleging therein that on 13.05.2017 when he was on duty & going towards Sungri alongwith HRTC Bus No HP10-A-7394 with driver at about 12:30 PM A Maruti Alto Car N0 HP-10-B-0638 rolled down 70 feet from the road near Bhalun Kenchi. In this Accident driver, Sunny & two women sustained Injuries. The Case is being Investigated By HC Vijay Kumar I/O PS Rohru.

  2. An Accident case FIR No 34/17 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 13.05.2017 U/S 279,337, 304 IPC on the statement of Sh.Rohit Chanta alleging therein that on 13.05.2017 a pickup No.  HP 63C-0920 met with an accident at near Kaina Ground  Jubbal in which four person sustained injuries and two person namely Chavi Lal and Vijay died on the spot. All persons belong to Nepal. The case is being investigated by ASI Yudhishter I/O PS Jubbal.

  3. An Accident case FIR No 85/17 has been registered at PS Theog on 14.05.2017 U/S 279,337 IPC& 187 MV Act on the statement of Prakash S/o Sh Khadka Bhadur r/o Chokha P/o and District Rukham Anchal Rapti Nepal A/P C/o Jiya Lal S/o Sh Surat Ram r/o Anu P/o Kathog Tehsil Theog District Shimla alleging therein that today, on 14.05.2017 a unknown vehicle hit him at Theog Bazaar in which he sustained injuries .The case is being investigated by HC Ashok Kumar I/O PS Theog.

  4. An unlawful assembly case FIR No 75/17 has been registered at PS Sadar on 13.05.2017 U/S 143, 188 IPC on the complaint of Mrs. S John Principal Auckland House School Shimla alleging therein that on 13.05.2017 some activist of CITU and SFI gathered at the gate of Auckland House School (boys) under the leadership of Sh Vijender Mehra and shouted against the school administration . They demonstrated against the school administration in the area near 200 meters of the School campus where section 144 CrPC already imposed by District Administration. They also violated order of District magistrate. The case is being investigated by ASI Virender Singh I/C PP Lakkar Bazaar.  

  5. During last 24 hours 279 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 43 & fine realized Rs. 16,100/- and 01 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 100 /-.

Accused Rattan Bahadur S/o Sh. Nar Bahadur R/o Village & PO Magma, Tehsil & Distt. Rukkam, Nepal A/P residing in Dhara at Jakhoo Shimla, arrested in Case FIR No. 74/17 Dt. 13.05.2017 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act at PS Shimla Sadar, is on Police remand up to 16.05.2017.
