1. An Excise Act case FIR No 137/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 01.10.2014 U/S 39 of HP Excise Act 2011 on the rukka of ASI Baldev Singh, I/C PP Junga alleging therein that on the secret information, he recovered 20 bottles of country liquor marka Himachal Orange from the possession of Raja Ram S/O Lt Sh Zindu Ram R/o Ghati from his house. The case is being investigated by ASI Baldev Singh, I/C PP Junga.
2. A Burglary case FIR No. 187/14 is registered at PS West pm 01.10.2014 U/S 454, 380 IPC on the application of Sh. Sohan Lal S/o Sh. Lala Ram R/o Village- Anji, PO- Taradevi, Tehsil & Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 01.10.2014, some unknown person has stolen away golden ornaments & cash Rs. 5000/- from his house. The case is being investigated by ASI Balbir Singh, I/O PS West.
3. A Theft case FIR No. 45/14 is registered at PS New Shimla on 01.10.2014 U/S 379 IPC & 25 Indian Telegraph Act on the complaint of Sh. Desh Raj Dhiman, A/p Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL), O/o SDO (Phones-II) Block No. 16, SDA Complex Kasumpti Shimla alleging therein that on 27.09.2014, some unknown person has stolen away 175 Meter long telephone cable wire from Dyetron Estate to Kanlog in Shimla. The case is being investigated by HC Anil Kumar, I/O PS New Shimla.
4. Act endangering life or personal safety of others case FIR No. 46/14 is registered at PS New Shimla on 01.10.2014 U/S 336,504,427 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Heera Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Parma Ram R/o Village- Rajhana, PO, Tehsil & District- Shimla alleging therein that on 01.10.2014, he was residing along with his family on above mentioned address. His neighbourer Kameshwar was digging the vacant area preparing his foundation for his own house, which caused danger to his house. When he asked, then Kameshwar abused him. The case is being investigated by HC Ram Lal, I/O PS New Shimla.
5. An Accident case FIR No. 61/14 is registered at PS Chirgaon on 02.10.2014 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Imran S/O Sh. Bhashir R/o Village- Deyara, Tehsil- Kathua, J&K alleging therein that on 01.10.2014 at about 09-00 PM a Truck No. DL-1C-2621 (Canter) was going from Amboi to Delhi & met with an accident near Amboi. One person Jakir Husain died on spot and two persons namely Kaptan Driver of truck and Ramesh sustained injured in this accident. The case is being investigated by HC Rukkam Chand, I/O PS Chirgaon.

A Cheating case FIR No 122/14 dated 02-10-2014 U/S 420,467,468,471,120B IPC PS Rampur has been registred on the complaint of Mr. Dilbag Singh S/o Sh Khem Chand Village Sudhrang PO Recongpeo Distt Kinnour alleged that his father Kham Chand had prepared an agreement with Smt. Sita Devi W/o Vidya Sagar on dated 13-09-2009 regarding sale of land in favour of Kham Chand a sum of Rs 10Lac. Sita Devi has got Rs 4 Lac in advance and 6 Lac will be paid later on but she did not turn up to execute sale deed in favour of his father apprehended dishonest intentionally by her son Mr Devinder Kumar Aggrwal and Raj Kumar Agrwal. Case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram Ic PP Tecklech
7. During last 24 hours 105 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act, Total challan were compound= 42 and fine realize Rs. 20840
