Press Note Dated 28-10-2014

 

1.       A Murder Case FIR NO 115/14 has been registered at PS Rohru on  27/10/14   U/S 302 IPC on the final opinion  of M.O. IGMC Shimla  in  a fell down case  of  late Smt.Anita w/o  Bahadur Shahi @ Teju at present c/o  Roshan Lal R/o  Ganganagar PO Sheel Teh. Rohru Distt. Shimla.  Above deceased Anita died in IGMC Shimla on 23-10-14 and her husband  Bahadur Shahi has run away somewhere. As per the final opinion of MO  forensic Deptt. IGMC Shimla  deceased died due to antimortem  head injury. The case is being  investigated by  Insp. /SHO Amar Chand  PS Rohru.

 

2.       An accident case FIR No. 59/14 has been register at PS Kotkhai on 27-10-2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the rukka of ASI Kamal Dev I/O PS Kotkhai alleging therein that one vehicle bearing No. HP 10A- 0784 Maruti car came from Jubbal toward Kotkhai met with an accident and rolled down 90 meter from the road due to lost of control over vehicle by driver Sh. Kalam Singh S/O Late Sh. Girja Nand R/o Shallash PO Pujarali No.2 Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla. The Driver of vehicle Sh. Kalam Singh got injuries and died in PGI Chandigarh. The case is being investigated by  ASI Kamal Dev I/O PS Kotkhai.

 

3.    During last 24 hours 181 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 01 challan under smoking act.  Total challan were compound= 76 and fine realize Rs. 31,800/-

 

 

 

Follow-up

1.    Accused Pawan Kumar S/o Sh. Chet Ram R/O Vill Shirguli PO Parala Tehsil Theog Distt. Shimla have been arrested in case FIR No.  47/14 dated U/S 147,149,382,452,323,427 IPC at Police station New Shimla has been sent on Judicial Custody for 14 days.
