CRIME REPORT 12 OCT. 2014

1.     A NDPS Case FIR No 122/14 Dated 11.10.2014 U/S 21, 22 ND&PS has been registered at PS East on the rukka of HC Shiv Kumar alleging therein that during patrolling when he was present Near Pari Mahal at Kasumpti Shimla,  13 bottles of Rexcof has been recovered  from one person namely Tanu Sood S/O Lt. Sh. Narender Kumar R/O Feta bazaar Bhawarana Tehsil Palampur Distt. Kangra A/P Amar Niwa Jiwanoo Colony Pari Mahal , Kasumpti shimla- 9. The  case is being investigated by HC Shiv Kumar I/O PP Kasumpti

2.    A House-trespass case FIR No. 63/14 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 11.10.2014 U/S 451,323,506 IPC on the statement of Sh. VIrender Singh S/o Sh. Bhisham Singh R/o VIll Jhalwari PO Thana Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla alleging therein that on dated 11-10-2014 near about 4-30 PM when he was present at ground floor of his home, at the same time Sh. Ashok Kumar S/O Roshan Lal, Smt. Amardai W/o Roshan Lal, Smt. Banta W/O Ashok Kumar & Sh. Roshan Lal came there and beaten him with sticks and Punches and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Kumar I.O PS Chirgaon. 

3.    A House-trespass case FIR No. 64/14 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 11.10.2014 U/S 451,323,506 IPC on the statement of Smt. Amardai W/o Roshan Lal R/o VIll Jhalwari PO Thana Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla alleging therein that on dated 11-10-2014 when her daughter-in-law Smt. Banta and his son Ashok Kumar came back from Apple orchard, at the same time Sh. Bhisham Singh, Smt. Ghepli, Smt. Sodha Devi and Virender Singh caught them in ground floor of her home, beaten them and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Kumar I.O PS Chirgaon. 

4.    A Burglary case FIR No. 60/14 has been registered at PS Chopal on 11.10.2014 U/S 457,380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Narain Singh S/o Sh. Laiq Ram Vill Pabas PO Devth Tehsil Chopal Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 11.10.2014 when he alongwtih Murat Singh went to Temple of Devta Bijat Maharaj they saw that the door lock of Temple was broken with ironrod and  Six Ashta Metal Statue of Bijat Maharaj, 7 Kg. Silver and 20 gm. Gold approximately Rs/- 9 lac (estimated value of silver & Gold)  were  stolen by some unknown person. The case is being investigated by ASI Partap Singh I.O. PS Chopal.

5.    During last 24 hours 79 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 10 Challan under Smoking Act. Total challan were compound= 54 and fine realize Rs. 11,200/-

 

Follow-up

1     Accused Gopal Singh S/o Lt Sh Adam Ram R/o Vill Koot Po Laghoti Tehsil and P.S Anni has been arrested in case FIR No.  81/14 U/S 20 ND&PS Act at Police station Rampur.

2      Accused Tanu Sood S/O Lt. Sh. Narender Kumar R/O Feta bazaar Bhawarana Tehsil Palampur Distt. Kangra A/P Amar Niwa Jiwanoo Colony Pari Mahal  (Kasumpti) shimla- 9 has been arrested in case FIR No. 122/14 Dt. 11.10.14 U/S 21,22 ND&PS Act at Police Station  East.
