1. A Narcotic_Drugs_and_Psychotropic_Substances_Act Case FIR No. 209/14 has been registered at P.S. West on dated 22.10.2014 U/S 20, 22 ND&PS Act, 25-54-59 Arms Act, vide DD NO. 14 At 7.15 PM, on the statement of Const. Rajeev Kumar No. 369 6th IRBN Kolar, Sirmour, presently temporary duty HPU Summerhill, Shimla-5, alleging therein that on 22.10.2014 at about 4.45 PM when he and const. Dixit were 20 mtr ahead from the main Gate of HPU, two boys namely Rajeev Sharma S/O sh. Dinesh Sharma R/O Vill. Sharog, PO Dev Nagar, Tehsil & Distt Shimla & Akshay Chandel S/O sh. Praveen Chandel R/O Vill. Punahan, PO Beri Rajadia, Tehsil & Distt Bilaspur, HP, were coming from opposite side. They were seemed in suspected condition. On searching a Knife (Chhura), Grip(Nakkal), 0.80 gram Charas(Canabis) and a tablet Nitrosun-10 recovered from above Rajeev Sharma & Akshay Chandel. The Case is being investigated by ASI Lal Singh I/O PP Summerhill, PS West, Shimla.
2. An Accident Case FIR No. 154/14 has been registered at PS Theog today on 23.10.14 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of sh. Narender Bragta S/O sh. Dhani Ram Bragta R/O Village Nagodhar, PO Kyar, Tehsil Theog, Distt Shimla, HP, Alleging therein that on 22.10.2014 when he alongwith Sanjeev Kumar, Anil Kumar & Sandeep @ Sonu were going towards Chhaila from Theog in his vehicle No. HP09-0591, as he reached nr Ghati, a Trax bearing No. HP01A-5022 met with an accident with his vehicle. In which he alongwith above persons got injured. This happened due to rash and negligent driving by Driver of Trax bearing No. HP01A-5022. The case is being investigated by ASI Om Prakash I/O PS Theog.
3. An Accident Case FIR No. 210/14 has been registered at PS West today on 23.10.14 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of sh. Ashok Kumar S/O sh. Amarjeet R/O Vill. Phanji, PO Ghanaghughat, Tehsil Arki, Distt Solan, A/P Driver HRTC Unit III, alleging therein that today when he was walking Nr ISBT, a motorcycle rider bearing NO. HP 22B-1820 hit him. in which he got injured. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram I/O PS West.
4. During last 24 hours 96 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 11 Challan under Smoking Act. Total challan were compound= 56 and fine realize Rs. 12,500/-
