1. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 46/14 is registered at PS Nerwa on 07.10.2014 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Ramesh Chand No. 125, I/C Jhamrari Barrier alleging therein that on 07.10.2014 he alongwith staff was doing routine checking of vehicle at Fadizpul. At about 07:45 PM, a private Bus No. UA-12-8082 was going towards Teoni from Vikasnagar, stopped by them. During search, they recovered 100 bottles of Rexcoff from the possession of Pramay Vishwas S/o Sh. Privar Vishwas R/o Brasat, PO- Bangaon, Tehsil- Gaighata, West Bengal A/p Chemist Shop R/o VPO- Atahal, Tehsil- Teoni, UK. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh Chand No. 125, I/C Jhamrari Barrier, Nerwa.

2. A Women Harassment case FIR No. 193/14 has been registered at PS West on 07.10.2014 U/S 498-A, 406 IPC & 3, 4 The Dowry Prohibition Act 1961 alleging therein that on 20.05.2013, she has solemnized marriage with Sh. Anshul Arora R/o Alpine Omex, Grand Noida, UP. After marriage her husband Anshul Arora, father-in-law Sh. Rajender Arora, Mother-in-law Smt. Punam Arora & sister-in-law Sudhiksha Arora have tortured her mentally & physically for dowry and refused to return her ornaments & other articles. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram, I/O PS West.

3. An Accident case FIR No. 56/14 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 07.10.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Gajender Dani S/O Biji Dani  R/o Village- Kharka Bara, Ward No. 4, Tehsil Pandusain Distt Bajura Anchal Sati Nepal alleging therein that on 07.10.2014 at about 02:30 PM, one vehicle No. HP-63B-0859 (PICK-UP) met with an accident at Reoghatti due to rash negligent driving of its driver Surinder Chauhan S/O Rama Nand R/O Dhangvi Tehsil Kotkhai Distt Shimla. he alongwith another person sustained injuries in this accident. The case is being investigated by HC Balbir Singh I/o PS Kotkhai.

4. A Theft Case FIR NO. 96/14 is registered at PS Rohru on 08.10.14 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Sh. Vikas Negi S/O Sh. Kushal Negi R/O Village- Jaunli, PO- Sungri Tehsil & PS- Rohru Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that during the intervening night of 05/06.10.2014, some unknown person has stolen his motorcycle bearing No. HP-10A-0933, parked near UCO Bank Rohru.  The case is being investigated by PSI Jai Nand I/O PS Rohru.

5. A Theft case FIR No. 121/14 is registered at PS East, Shimla on 08.10.2014 U/S 379, 427 IPC on the statement of Sh. Vivek Thakur S/O Sh. Vijay Singh Thakur R/O Village- Shekhal, PO- Dhadi Gunsa, Tehsil- Jubbal, Distt. Shimla A/P Bhunia Estate Navbahar Chhota Shimla alleging therein that on 07.10.2014 he alongwith his uncle have parked thier vehicles bearing Nos. HP-10B-0025 and HP-10A-0925 near Bhunia Estate Navbahar, Shimla. Today morning he checked his vehicle and found that some unknown person has stolen the stereo from his vehicle No HP-10B-0025 and also broken the glass of the vehicle No HP10A-0925. The case is being investigated by ASI Hem Raj I/O PS East Shimla.

6. A Burglary case FIR NO 57/14 is registered at PS Chopal on 08.10.2014 U/S 457,380 IPC on the application of Sh. Ran Singh A/p Head Master Govt. Primary School Chyamadhar, Sub-Tehsil- Kupvi, Shimla alleging therein that during the intervening night of 06/07.10.2014, some unknown person ahs stolen one cylinder, Regulator and Gas stove a/w pipe from above school. The case is being investigate by HHC Jog Ram, I/O PP Kupvi.

7. During last 24 hours 155 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 09 Challan under Smoking Act. Total challan were compound= 78 and fine realize Rs. 20,300/-

Follow-up

1. Accused Sachin Janartha S/o Sh. Kamal Krishan Janartha R/o Village- Kasheni, PO- Tikker, Tehsil- Rohru, Shimla age- 32 years and Vinkal Thakur S/o Sh. Hardyal Singh Thakur R/o Shallan, PO- Pujarli No. 2, Tehsil Rohru, District- Shimla, age-26 years, have been arrested in case FIR No. 95/14 Dt. 06.10.2014 U/S 21-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Rohru is on police remand upto 09.10.2014.

2. Accused Gopal Singh S/o Lt. Sh. Adam Ram R/o Village- Koot, PO- Langoti, Tehsil & PS- Anni, Distt. Kullu, age-42 years has been arrested in case FIR No. 81/14 Dt. 07.10.2014 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Kumarsain, is on police remand upto 13.10.2014.

3. Accused Pramay Vishwas S/o Sh. Privar Vishwas R/o Brasat, PO- Bangaon, Tehsil- Gaighata, West Bengal A/p Chemist Shop R/o VPO- Atahal, Tehsil- Teoni, UK has been arrested in case FIR No. 46/14 Dt. 07.10.2014 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Nerwa

4. Accused Faruk S/o Mehardeen R/o Vill. & PO- Savka Mandi, Tehsil Badot, PS- Chaproli Distt. Bagpath (UP) has been arrested in case FIR No. 32/2014 Dt. 17.02.2014 U/S 407,120B IPC at PS Dhalli is on Police Remand upto 10.10.2014.
