1.      An accident Case FIR No. 214/14 has been register at PS West on  30-10-14 U/S 279 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Vinod Kumar Shandil Driver in Directorate of  Ministry of water resources Shimla alleging therein that when he was turning his Vehicle No. DL3CJ-1670 at Vidhan Sabha crossing suddenly an Alto  car A/F came rashly and hit his car which caused  damage to his car. The case is being investigated by ASI Shiv Kumar I/O P.S.West Shimla

2.      During last 24 hours 209 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 10 challan under smoking act.  Total challan were compound= 114 and fine realize Rs. 27,600/-

 

Follow-up

1.    Accused Sunil Kumar @ Dai Singh  S/o Sh. Ramchu  Ram R/O Shalan (Shetal)  PO Halau Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla have been arrested in case FIR No. 51/14 dated 28-10-14 U/S 452,323,354 IPC at PS Nerwa.

2.    Accused Boby  S/o Sh. Jamuna Dass R/O Labour hostel near Lalpani  Distt. Shimla have been arrested in case FIR No. 135/14 dated 17-10-14 U/S 376,506 IPC at PS Sadar.
