An Accident case FIR NO 191/14 has been registered at PS West on 04.10.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the rukka of ASI Paramjeet Singh, I/O PP Jutough, Shimla alleging therein that on the information, he alongwith staff rushed to the spot near Power House Totu and found that one bus No. HP-07-6470 was coming towards Totu, was met with an accident due to rash & negligent driving of Mohan Lal. The case is being investigated by HC Anil Kumar, I/O PS West.
An Act intended to outrage religious feelings case FIR No. 192/14 has been registered at PS West on 04.10.2014 U/S 295-A, 323, 427, 504, 34 IPC on the application of Sh. Manavdeep Singh Kapoor R/o 22 Ram Nagar near Bhai Kanhaiya Sahab Chowk, Yamuna Nagar Haryana A/P E-7, Royal Oak Apartment, near Tarahall Shimla alleging therein that on 03.10.2014, driver of vehicle No. HP-62A-0809 alongwith another persons have abused and beaten him alongwith his family. They have also throw his Pagdi and used unparliamentry words on his religion and also broken his vehicle. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohan Lal, I/O PS West.
A Kidnapping case FIR No. 123/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 05.10.2014 U/S 364 IPC on the application of Sh. Jaswant Singh S/O Sh. Karam Singh R/O Ward No 7 Lahasa Khopri Rampur Bsr., Distt Shimla alleging therein that he has a one Napeli Servant namely Kul Parsad, who was residing at Chuhabag alongwith his family, in his house. On 03.10.2014 he was at Shimla and told telephonically his servant Kul Parsad that he will reach at Rampur in late hours, be remains at home. But when he reached at home he did not found Kul Parsad anywhere at home. On 04.10.2014 he asked about his servant Kul parsad from his wife Luxmi. She told him that she has not seen him from yesterday. One Bihari namely Ramesh Choudhary has illegal relations with Luxmi, wife of Kul Prasad. On this, they oftenly quarrel with each other. He suspected that above Ramesh Choudhary has kidnapped Kul Parsad with the intention to kill him. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Rampur.
During last 24 hours 132 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act & 01 challan under Smoking Act. Total challan were compound= 63 and fine realize Rs. 21,000/-
