A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No. 153/14 has been registered at PS Theog on 15.10.14 U/S 341,323,34 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Pawan Kumar S/o Sh. Devender Kumar R/o Village Talai, Tehsil- Theog, District Shimla alleging therein that on 30.09.2014, he went to IP&H office at Fagu in connection with his complaint. He was talking with SDO, at the same time two persons who have told himself as Ex. Engineer & Sr. Ex. Engineer have obstructed and beaten him. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Nain, I/C PP Fagu.
A House Trespass case FIR No. 101/14 has been registered at PS Rohru on 15.10.2014 U/S 451,323,506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Deepak Thapa S/o Sh. Bhim Thapa, R/o Village, PO & Tehsil Madharihut, near Jai Shri Tea Garden, District Jalpaguri, West Bengal alleging there in that he is running a dhaba at Mehlti Bazar. On 15.10.2014, Ankush Jhamalta came in his dhaba and ordered a cup of tea. But he was busy to attend another two customer. On this, Ankush has abused and beaten him. He also threatened him for dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Maan Dass, I/O PP Tikker.
A Theft case FIR No. 123/14 has been registered at PS East on 15.10.2014 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Lahor Singh Manta S/o Late Sh. Lajja Ram Manta R/o Vilalge- Sanoli, PO- Nandpur, Tehsil Jubbal, District Shimla alleging therein that on 15.10.2014 at 04:00 PM, he has parked his vehicle No. HP-10A-4420 near HP Secretariat, Chhota Shimla. At about 06:00 PM, when he came back and found that the door of his vehicle was opened and Pen drive, Mobile Phone (Lava), some documents and cash Rs. 14,000/- from the purse were stolen by some unknown person. The case is being investigated by HC Suresh, I/O PS East.

Roop Lal Dhanta R/o Village Baghal, PO Galeha, Teshil Kotkhai, Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on 15.10.2014 at about 06:30 PM, one person namely Krishan Pal S/o Sh. Fecha Ram has obstructed his way at Halot and beaten him. He sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HHC Faquir Chand, I/OPP Baghi.
A causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means case FIR No. 102/14 is registered at PS Rohru on 16.10.2014 U/S 324,323,506,34 IPC on the statement of Ankush S/O LT. Sh. Gopi Chand R/O Pujarli-2 Tehsil & PS- Rohru, Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 15.10.2014 at about 03:00 PM, he was sitting in the Hotel (dhaba) of Deepak at Mehali Bazar Shimla. He order a cup of tea, on this Deepak, his wife Nisha and his Nepali servant has started abuse and beaten him. Deepak Kumar has bite on his ear and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Balraj, I/O PP Tikkar.
A Cheating case FIR No. 141/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on 16.10.2014 U/S 467,468, 471,420,120B IPC on the complaint of Sh. Hemant Singh S/o Sh. Ram Ayodhya Singh R/o Sahil Darshan, Flat No. 6, Madhuvan Colony, Radha Nagar, Panchwati, Nasik, (MH) A/p Apple Purchaser at Fruit Mandi Bhattakufar, Shimla alleging therein that on 15.10.2014,he hire a truck No. PB-03Y-8518 for supply the apple to Kadhmandu, Nepal. When he was loading the apple in to the above truck, in between he verified the above truck No. through internet, which was the number of three-wheeler. The case is being investigated by ASI Prem Lal, I/O PS Dhalli.
A Rioting case FIR No. 48/14 is registered at PS Nerwa on 16.10.2014 U/S 341,143 IPC on the rukka of ASI Kuldeep Singh, I/O PS Nerwa alleging therein that on 16.10.2014 at 11:30 AM, about 150 students of Govt. Degree college Nerwa have blocked the road at Nerwa and shouting slogans, under the leadership of Sh. Pramod, Naresh and Shoorvir Singh, regarding their demands mainly to metal the college road at Nerwa. The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Singh, I/O PS Nerwa.
During last 24 hours 219 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 18 challan under Smoking Act. Total challan were compound= 90 and fine realize Rs. 30,300/-
