Padam Singh R/o Village & PO- Veergarh A/P Village- Tandi, Tehsil- Anni, Distt- Kullu alleging therein that villagers of Mangsu village have entered in her land at Karwag Tehsil Kumarsain with the intention to construct a road, without her permission. The case Is being Investigated ASI Dev Raj I/C PP Sainj.
A Wrongful Restraint case FIR No 80/14 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 02.10.2014 U/S 341,34 IPC on the application of Mahila Mandal Mangsu GP Mangsu, Tehsil- Kumarsain, Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 02.10.2014, Villager of Mangsu village were constructing a road under PMGSY scheme. At about 02:00 PM, Rajana Chauhan alongwith two persons came there and stopped the work of road. Case is being investigated By ASI Dev Raj I/C PP Sainj
During last 24 hours 118 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act & 01 challan under Smoking Act. Total challan were compound= 36 and fine realize Rs. 13,660/-
