Crime Report on 26 October 2014

1. A Cheating and dishonestly inducing  delivery of property case FIR NO. 112/14 has been registered at PS Rohru on  25-10-14 U/S 418,420 IPC on the complaint  u/s 156 (3) crpc of Sh. Prem Raj Chauhan S/o Late Sh Durga Nand R/o Dhara PO Lower Koti  Teh Rohru Distt Shimla alleging therein that he is a commission agent by profession at Subzi Mandi Rohru namely S.S. Fruit & Vegetable  and his business partner Raj Kamal Mehta S/o Sh. Lalit Mohan Mehta R/o Jeena PO Chambi Teh Chopal Distt Shimla was dealing with the business of purchasing of apple boxes from 31/8/14 to 10/9/14 Total Rs. 9,81813/- Raj Kamal Mehta paid to him by cheque but said cheque dishonored due to funds insufficient in his account. he cheated and dishonored with the complainant. The case is being investigated by ASI Bal Raj I/O PP city Rohru, PS Rohru, Shimla.

2. An Excise Act Case FIR NO. 68/14 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on  25-10-14 u/s 39 of HP Excise Act on the Rukka of ASI Kuldeep Kumar alleging therein that 7 Numbers. of bottles of country liquor Lal Pari have been recovered from the possession of Accused Dumar Dutt S/O Sh. Amar Dutt Nepali at present Dhaba bazaar Dhmarya. The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Kumar I/O PS Chirgaon, Shimla.

3. An Accident Case FIR NO. 56/14 has been registered at PS Sunni on 25.10.2014 U/S 279,304 A IPC on the Rukka of HC Surender I/O PP Jalog alleging therein that at about 5.00 PM he got an information of accident Near Vill. Lunsu. He found that a Vehicle No. HP-52-1799 Alto Car had met with an accident and fell down into the Satluj River. The dead body of Driver of above car sh. Dharam Pal S/O sh. Bhagwan Dass R/O Mandi found near Satluj River. The case is being investigated by HC Surender  I/O PS Sunni, Shimla.

4. An Accident Case FIR NO. 212/14 has been registered at PS west on  25.10.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the Statement of Sh. Satish Kumar S/O Sh. Bhuri Singh Driver of Veh. No. HP-07A-0755 M.C. Shimla alleging therein that on 25.10.2014 at about 5.15 PM when he was going to unload the garbage at Baryal Near ISBT,a motorcycle in which two persons were riding came rashly and  negligently collide with the bumper of his vehicle. The case is being investigated by HC Ravinder Kumar I/O PS West, Shimla.

5. During last 24 hours 207 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act Total challan were compound= 88 and fine realize Rs. 32,900/-

   Follow-up

6. Accused Adesh Prasad Dabral, Hira Dabral and Kamlesh have been arrested in case FIR No.  211/14 dated 24.10.2014 U/S 353,332,504,34 IPC at Police station West are on police remand up to 27.10.2014.
