Crime Report 30 Sept., 2014

1. A Trespass case FIR No.  92/14 has been registered at PS Rohru on 29.09.2014 U/S 451,323,427,34 IPC on the complaint of Sunny Kumar S/o  Sh. Dalip  Kumar R/o Dhara PO- Lowaerkoti Tehsil- Rohru, Distt. Shimla age 30 yrs alleging therein that He is running  Mobile & Computer repairing shop  in Chauhan Complex.  On 26.09.2014, driver of Bolero vehicle misbehaved with  him , while he was going to his room. On 29.09.2014, He was at SDM office. His worker  informed him telephonically that two boys come in his shop in motorcycle which was applied for and broken the all material and counter of his shop and beaten him. the case is being investigated by ASI Kundan Lal I/O PP City Rohru.    

2. An Intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace case FIR No. 121/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 30.09.2014 U/S 504,509 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Vidhyotma A/P Pradhan, GP Bharach, Nankhari  alleging therein that on 29.09.2014,  when he was presiding over the proceeding of panchyat at Panchyat Building. One person Sunder Singh S/O Sher Singh R/o Village- Bharach  entered in Panchyat room and abused him in obscene language.   The case is being investigated by ASI Hari Singh, I/C PP Nankhri.

3. An Accident case FIR No. 186/14 is registered at PS West on 30.09.2014 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Rahul Sharma S/o Sh. Umesh Sharma R/o Krishan Dev Building, Dhalli Shimla-12 alleging therein that on 30.09.2014, his driver Darshan Lal informed him telephonically that one Truck No. HP-62-1648 driven by Gavaskar, has hit his Tipper and run away from the spot towards Bharari. He found the above truck at Kuftadhar. The case is being investigated by SI(P) Rajesh Prashar I/O PS West.

4. Assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty case FIR No. 150/14 is registered at PS Theog on 30.09.2014 U/S 353, 332  IPC on the complaint of Sh. Rajender Kumar S/o  Sh. Pritam Chand at present SDO, O/O I&PH deptt. Theog, Shimla alleging therein that he alongwith Chief Engineer came to Fagu I& PH section in connection with inspection. One Pawan Kumar S/O Sh. Divesh R/O Village- Talai, PO- Fagu, Tehsil- Theog, Shimla was came there in connection with his water complaint.  Pawan Kumar misbehaved with chief engineer. The case is being investigated by HC Het Ram, I/O PS Theog.

5. During last 24 hours 190 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 01 Challan under Smoking Act. Total challan were compound= 91 and fine realize Rs. 23,100/-
