Crime Report 15 Sept., 2014

1. A ND&PS Act case FIR No. 138/14 has registered at PS Theog on 14.09.2014 U/S 15-61-85 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Sanjeev Kumar, Incharge, Police Post Deha, Shimla alleging therein that on 14.09.2014 at about 02:45 PM, Incharge, Police Barrier, Naina informed him telephonically that during traffic checking one Truck No. HP-12D-3746 run away towards Nerijpul. On this information he alongwith staff intercepted above truck alongwith two persons namely Gurdeep Singh S/o Gurbaksh Singh R/o village Hadtan Majri Tehsil and  PS Radaur Distt. Yamuna Nager and Rajinder Singh S/o Gurbaksh Singh   R/o village Hadtan Majri Tehsil and  PS Radaur Distt. Yamuna Nagar, 200 meters ahead before Naina Tikker. During search of vehicle, he recovered 1kg 500 gm churapost from their possession. Above both accuse arrested by the police and case is being investigated by ASI Sanjeev, I/O PS Theog.

2. A Case FIR No. 139/14 has registered at PS Theog on 14.09.2014 U/S 336,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Prem Kant Gupta S/o Sh. Chhote Lal R/o Gupta Niwas, Prem Ghat, Tehsil- Theog, Shimla alleging therein that on 14.09.2014, he alongwith his Brother-in-law Rakesh were going towards Dhalli from Kathal in Max Pick-Up No. HP-10-0394. Rakesh Kumar was driving the above vehicle. When they reached near Sandhu, suddenly the above vehicle stopped. As he came out from the vehicle to put Gutka under the tire, the vehicle rolled down 100 feet from the road. Driver Rakesh Kumar has died on the spot and he sustained injuries in this accident. The case is being investigated by ASI Sunil Kumar, I/O PS Theog.

3. A Simple Hurt case FIR No. 140/14 is registered at PS Theog on 15.09.2014 U/S 323,506 IPC on the application of Sh. Devaki Nand Kalta S/o Sh. Kewal Ram R/o Village- Dochi, PO- Mohari, Tehsil- Thoeg, Shimla alleging therein that his brother Inder Singh beaten and threatened him for dire consequences. He sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Sunil Kumar, I/O PS Theog.  

4. A Cheating case FIR No 71/14 has registered at PS Kumarsain on 14.09.2014 U/S 420,468,469, 471 IPC on the Report of Sh. Gurender Paul sodhi S/o Sh. Jai Paul singh Sodhi R/o Harbans Estate, Patiyala Punjab A/P Apple – Transporter situated Narkanda alleging therein that  he loaded 433 Boxes of apple from Narkanda to Delhi in Truck No-HR-68-5587. Driver Dalpat Singh & Owner Rajinder Kumar have sold the above 433 apple boxes and returned back to Narkanda. When Transporter Gurender Paul Singh Sodhi checked the the registration, Insurance, Engine No and Chassis No of above truck,  It is found diffrent. As per the record of RTO Panchkulla the owner of above truck is Iqbal Singh S/o Sh payara singh R/o Panchkulla ( Haryana). Driver Dalpat Singh his Owner Rajinder Singh have prepared fraud documents with the intention to cheating. The case is being investigated by ASI Lachhi Ram, I/O PS Kumarsain.

5. A Trespass case FIR No 52/14 is registered at PS Chirgaon on 14.09.2014 U/S 447, 427 IPC on the application of Sh. Satish Kumar S/o Sh. Ran Bhadur R/o Village & PO- Sindasli, Tehsil- Chirgaon, Distt Shimla alleging there in that on 31.07.2014 Sai Urja Engineer Foundation Tangnu has destroyed his four apple plants. The case is being investigated by SI Samuel, SHO PS Chirgaon.  

6. A Trespass case FIR No. 53/14 is registered at PS Chirgaon on 15.09.2014 U/S 447,427,379,34 IPC on  the application of Smt. Mohini W/o Sh. Lokinder Singh R/o Village Jhatwari, Tehsil Chirgaon Distt. Shimla alleging therein that  on 01.09.2014, Bishambar S/o Sh. Hari Singh, Kamal and Kiku (both)  S/o Sh. Bhishamber Singh, all R/o Village-  Jhatwari, Tehsil- Chirgaon, Shimla have trespassed in her apple orchard at Jhatwari and stolen 100 apple boxes.   The case is being investigated by HC Puran Chand I/O PS Chirgaon.

7. During last 24 hours 144 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act. Total challan compound= 92 and fine realize= Rs. 27,700 /-

1. Accused Gurdeep Singh S/o Gurbaksh Singh R/o Village- Hadtan Majri Tehsil &  PS- Radaur, Distt.- Yamuna Nagar and Rajinder Singh S/o Gurbaksh Singh   R/o village Hadtan Majri Tehsil and  PS Radaur Distt. Yamuna Nagar, have been arrested in case FIR No. 138/14 Dt. 14.09.2014 U/S 15-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Theog.

2. Accused Babu Ram S/o Sh. Kali Ram R/o Village- Banjani, PO- Shardaghat, PO & Tehsil- Kandaghat, District Solan has been arrested in Case FIR No. 33/14 Dt. 30.05.14 U/S 379 IPC at PS Sunni, today sent to judicial remand upto 18.09.2014

3. Accused Prem Lal S/o Sh. Nandu Ram Thakur R/o Village- Lohana, PO- Salwana, Tehsil- Sunder Nagar, District- Mandi A/p Verma Building, Shoghi, Shimla, arrested in case FIR No. 166/14 U/S 457,380 IPC at PS West, today sent to Judicial remand upto 16.09.2014.

4. Accused Kalu Ram S/o Sh. Sita Ram R/o Village- Bhajni, PO- Sharda, Teshi & PS- Kandaghat, Solan, Kamlesh  S/o Sh. Kaku Ram R/o Village- Khairghati Klair, PO- Bathalag, Tehsil & PS- Arki, District- Solan and Ravi arrested today in case FIR No. 158/14 Dt. 24.08.2014 U/S 457,380 IPC at PS West, further on police remand upto 17.09.2014

5. Accused Deepak Kumar S/o Sh. Ganga Ram R/o Village- Banjani, PO- Shalaghat, Tehsil- Kandaghat, District- Solan has been arrested in case FIR No. 166/14 U/S 457,380 IPC PS West, further arrested in Case FIR No. 94/14 Dt. 14.07.2014 U/S 454 380 IPC at PS Dhalli.
