An Accident case FIR No. 48/14 is registered at PS Kotkhai on 06.09.2014 U/S 279,304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Balbir Singh S/o Sh. Lt. Ganga Ram R/o Vilalge- Chemera, PO- Rowalkyar, Tehsil- Kotkhai, Shimla alleging therein that on 06.09.2014, at about 11:15 AM, one vehicle No. HP-09B-3521, met with an accident near village- Kothi due to rash & negligent driving of Rajesh S/o Sh. Jia Lal R/o Village- Chamera, PO- Rawalkyar, and rolled down 90 meter from the road. One person namely Jia Lal died on the spot in this accident. The case is being investigated by SI G.D. Sharma, SHO PS Kotkhai.
During last 24 hours 172 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act and 16 challan under Smoking Act. Total challan compound= 110 and fine realize= Rs. 31,300/-

Accused Sandeep, Krishan & Manoj (all) S/o Sh Moti Ram R/O Village- Chathla, PO & Tehsil- Kotkhai, Distt.- Shimla HP arrested in case FIR No. 44/14 Dt. 29.08.2014 U/S 341, 323, 325, 354, 504, 506, 34 IPC at PS Kotkhai, is on police remand for 03 days.
