An Accident case FIR No 75/14 is registered at PS Kumarsain on 25.09.2014 U/S 279,337,201 IPC on the statement of Sh. Dev Raj S/o Lt. Sh Ram Saran R/o village- Chaffa PO- Bharari, Tehsil & PS- Kumarsain, Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 25.09.2014 Doctor Yograj informed him that one person namely Umeshwar S/o Sh. Prem Chand R/o Maanan, Tehsil & PS Kumarsain was hit by unknown vehicle near Kingal curve and run away from the spot. Injured person is under treatment at CHC Kumarsain. The case is being investigated by HC Dev Raj, I/O PS Kumarsain.
A Rioting case FIR No. 76/14 is registered at PS Kumarsain on 26.09.2014 U/S 341,323,147,149,506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Yogesh Negi S/o Sh. Bhagat Singh Negi R/O Vill & PO- Chagaon, Tehsil Nichar Distt Kinnaur alleging therein that on 25.09.2014, he loaded apples in his vehicle No. HP-51T-6105 from Kinnaur and coming towards Jarol Tikker (HPMC) to sold his apple along with three persons who were also coming from Kinnaur in his vehicle to sold the apple in HPMC at Jarol Tikker. At 12:00 AM, when he was unloading the apple, meantime another PICK-UP No. HP-09A-1975 come there to unload his vehicle and said to Sanjeev Negi to park his vehicle another side. On this Praveen Negi driver of PICK-UP No. HP-09A-1975 has slapped Sanjeev Negi. After sometime Parveen Negi alongwith his 5/6 friends come there, obstructed his way, beaten him and threatened for dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Dev Raj No 1694 I/O PS Kumarsain .
A Cheating case FIR No. 86/14 is registered at PS Rohru on 25.09.2014 U/S 420 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Rameshwar Singh S/o Late Sh. Kedar Singh R/o M/S Hateshwari Fruit Shop No. 5, Subzi Mandi Rohru Distt Shimla alleging therein that Ashok Gupta S/o Sh. Fatesh Chand R/o Dehradoon, 56/91 Guru Road Dehradoon Uttrakhand, bought apple boxes from him with amounting of Rs. 36 lacs. But Ashok Gupta has run away from Rohru without making his payment. The case is being investigated by HC Kanwar Singh, I/O PS Rohru.
An Accident case FIR No. 87/14 is registered at PS Rohru on 25.09.2014 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Sh Herdev Singh S/o Mishru Maal R/o Villae & PO- Ranol, Tehsil- Chirgaon, District- Shimla alleging therein that on 25.09.2014 at 7-30 PM, he was going from Sabzi Mandi Rohru to KTC Samala in his vehicle No. HP-63-4009 (Bolero camper). When he reached near at K.T.C store Samala's gate, at the same time one Alto Car No. HP-01A-4486 came rashly and hit his vehicle. The case is being investigated by HC Kawar Singh I/O PS Rohru.
A Mining Act case FIR No. 51/14 is registered at PS Sunni on 26.09.2014 U/S 379,34 IPC & 21 Mining Act on the rukka of SI Tara Singh Negi, SHO PS Sunni alleging therein that on 25.09.2014, he alongwith staff on patrolling duty. At about 11:00 PM, when they reached near BBM colony and found that three persons namely Leela Dass, Neelu, Nand Lal & Kamal had illegally digging sand from govt. land with the help of spade. When they seen by the police, they run away from the spot. He recovered 100 feet sand from vehicle No. HP-30-1039 (eicher). The case is being investigated by SI Tara Singh Negi, SHO PS Sunni.
A Theft case FIR No. 184/14 is registered at PS Boileauganj on 25.09.2014 U/S 379 IPC on the application of Sh. Rahul S/o Sh. Diwan Chand R/o Railway Station, Shoghi, PO- Shoghi, Tehsil & District- Shimla alleging therein that during the intervening night of 21/22.09.2014, some unknown person has stolen his Motorcycle No. HP-14A-8392 (Pulsar 150cc) bearing Chassis No. MD2DHDHZZTCJ31425 and Engine No. DHGBTJ16134, was parked outside his house at Shoghi. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram, I/O PS West.
A Burglary case FIR No. 44/14 is registered at PS New Shimla on 25.09.2014 U/S 454,380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Sanjay Thakur S/o Sh. Dev Raj Thakur R/o Chauhan Niwas, Lower Khalini, Shimla alleging therein that on 25.09.2014, some unknown person has broken the door lock of his house and stolen gold ornaments i.e. one pair ear ring, two digital cameras and cash Rs. 5000/-. He also came to know that cash Rs. 5000/- have also been stolen from her neighbourer's house Smt. Santosh Kumari W/o Sh. Rameshwar Dass R/o Shyam Willa, Annexy Kanlog Shimla. The case is being investigated by HC Inder Singh, I/O PS New Shimla.
An Accident case FIR No.54/14 is registered at PS Chopal on 26.9.2014 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the ruka of ASI Ram Gopal, I/O PS Chopal alleging therein that on 26.09.2014 at about 04:16 Am, an information received in this PS that one vehicle met with an accident near Chambi. On this information he alongwith staff rushed to the spot and found that a vehicle No. HR-49C-1312 (Nano Car) was coming towards Chopal form Deha. At about 04:00 AM when they reached near Chambi, driver lost his control from the vehicle and rolled down from the road. One person has died on the spot and another two sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Gopal, I/O PS Chopal.
A House Trespass Case FIR No. 88/14 is registered at PS Rohru on 26.09.14 U/S 451 323 506 IPC PS Rohru on the statement Smt. Savri Devi W/o Sh. Mohinder Singh R/o Village- Ramteri, PO- Gharara, Teshil Rohru, District Shimla alleging therein that on 25.09.2014, her nephew Shiv Dyal S/o Sh. Jeeru Ram entered in her house in drunken condition and beater her & threatened for dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Maan Dass, I/O PP Tikker.
During last 24 hours 220 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 08 Challan under Smoking Act. Total challan were compound= 136 and fine realize Rs. 36,800/-

Accused Leeladass & Neelu, Nand Lal & Kamal have been arrested in Case FIR No. 51/14 Dt. 26.09.2014 U/S 379,34 IPC & 21 Mining Act at PS Sunni.
