A Robbery case FIR NO. 42/14 is registered at PS New Shimla on 09.09.2014 U/S 382 IPC that on 09.09.2014 at about 8:30 PM when he was at B.C.S. Chowk, New Shimla, one boy snatched Rs. 10,000/- from his pocket and ran away from the spot. The case is being investigating by HC Inder Singh I/O PS New Shimla.
A Burglary case FIR NO. 43/14 is registered at PS New Shimla on 09.09.2014 U/S 454, 380 IPC that on 09.09.2014, some unknown person has stolen gold ornaments and cash from her house. The case is being investigated by HC Naresh Kumar, I/O PS New Shimla.
A Rioting case FIR No 49/14 is registered at PS Chirgaon on 09.09.2014 U/S 147, 149, 323, 427 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sharwan Singh S/o Sh. Devinder Singh R/o Village- Manjwari, PO- Rohal, Tehsil- Chirgaon, District- Shimla alleging therein that on 09.09.2014 at about 02:15 PM, Ward Member of Hingori, Tehsil- Chirgaon alongwith other 7/8 ladies have beaten him and broken the glasses of vehicle No. HP-62A-1779. The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Kumar, SHO PS Chirgaon.
During last 24 hours 206 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act and 10 challan under Smoking Act. Total challan compound= 116 and fine realize= Rs. 27,700/-

Accused Akash S/o Sh. Jaswinder Singh R/o 5 Ghar Ki Line, Shankli, Lakkar Bazar Shimla, arrested today in case FIR No. 112/14 Dt. 21.05.2014 U/S 341,323,308 IPC at PS Sadar.
