A Gambling Act 132/14 is registered at PS Theog on 08.09.2014 U/S 3,4 Gambling Act on the rukka of ASI Om Prakash I/O PS Theog, Shimla alleging therein that on 08.09.2014, during patrolling, he got secret information that one Shyam Lal S/o Sh. Daulat Ram R/o Village- Katyala, PO- Cheog, Theog Shimla A/p owner of Dhaba at Cheog is playing cards with currency note alongwith 7/8 peoples in his dhaba. On this, he alonwith police staff raided and recovered Rs. 1,26,600/- from the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Om Prakash, I/O PS Theog.
An Accident case FIR No. 123/14 has been registered at PS Sadar on 08.09.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the complaint of Sh. Pradeep Kumar S/o Sh. Murad R/o New House, near Petrol Pump, Upper Kaithu Shimla alleging therein that on 08.09.2014, he was coming back with the children from Auckland school. At about 03:30 PM, when he reached at Cart road near Sharda Hotel, one boy pushed Janvi and she fell down on the road. At the same time one white colour Alto car came rashly from Longwood side and crushed her hand and run away from the spot. She sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Rajpal, I/O PP Lakkar Bazar, Shimla.
A Burglary case FIR No. 171/14 has been registered at PS West on 08.09.2014 U/S 454,380 IPC that on 08.09.2014, some unknown person has stolen gold/silver ornaments i.e. 5 mangalsutras, two pair of payals, one finger ring, one pair ear ring, one locket, one mobile phone and cash Rs. 12,000/- from his house. The case is being investigated by ASI Ram Lal, I/C PP Summer Hill Shimla.
A Burglary case FIR No. 52/14 is registered at PS Chopal on 08.09.2014 U/S 457, 380 IPC that during the intervening night of 07/08-09-2014, some unknown person has broken locks of his shop and stolen six mobiles (LAVA), 13 mobiles (G5), 1 mobile (CLEVER) company, 14 other old mobile phones and 1 mobile GOOD ONE company and cash Rs. 50,000/-. The case is being investigated by ASI Pratap singh I/O PS Chopal.
During last 24 hours 172 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act and 02 challan under Smoking Act. Total challan compound= 73 and fine realize= Rs. 22,700/-

Accused Ashok Kumar S/o Sh. Ganga Ram R/o Village- Banjani, PO- Shalaghat, Tehsil- Kandaghat, District- Solan has been arrested in case FIR No. 131/14 Dt. 30.07.14 U/S 457,380 IPC PS West
