Crime Report 04 Sept., 2014

1. A Burglary case FIR No.120/14 is registered at PS Sadar on 03.09.2014 U/S 454 380 IPC that on 03.09.2014, some unknown person has stolen away one pair of Diamond Tops, 2 silver idols, one Laptop a/w bag and one gold chain from her almirah. She doubts that her servant Vikram has stolen away the above articles. The approximate value of stolen property is Rs. 2,50,000/-. The case is being investigated by ASI Mohinder Lal, I/O PS Sadar.

2. A culpable homicide not amounting to murder case FIR No. 50/14 is registered at PS Sunni on 04.09.14 U/S 304 506 IPC has been registered vide DD No. 17 at 01:15 AM on the statement of Sh. Kuldeep Verma S/o Sh. Ghanshyam Verma R/o Chareri, PO- Pandoa, Tehsil- Karsog, District- Mandi alleging therein that on 03.09.2014, he alongwith his father & wife Krishna were coming to Pandoa from Charain in vehicle No. HP-09A-3371. His wife wanted to go her parent's house, but her father-in-law Ghanshyam Verma was not agree with her. On this, She come down from the veh. & walk on foot beside the road. Her father-in-law drive his veh. Beyond her and she jumped into the river. He tried a lot to searched to her, but could not find her. The case is being investigated by SI Tara Singh, SHO PS Sunni. 

3. A Burglary case FIR No. 107/14 is registered at PS East on 03.09.2014 U/S 454, 380 IPC on the application of that on 03.09.2014, some unknown person has broken the door lock of her house and stolen her gold ornament of worth Rs. 80.000/- from her almirah. The case is being investigated by I/C PP Kasumpti.

4. An Accident case FIR No. 108/14 is registered at PS East on 03.09.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sharawan Sharma S/O Sh. Gopal Krishan Sharma R/O Type-I Near Idgah Lakkar Bazaar Shimla alleging therein that on 03.09.2014 at about  09:00 PM, he alonnwith his wife Rohsani was reached at Bemloe, Shimla in his vehicle No HP62B-0960, at the same time a car No. HP-03C-3383 come rashly from other side and hit his car. His wife Roshani sustained injury . The case is being investigated by P/SI Ashish Pathania I/O PS East.  

5. An Accident case FIR No. 46/14 has registered at PS Kotkhai on 04.09.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the rukka of ASI Kamal Dev, I/O PS Kotkhai, Shimla alleging therein that on 03.09.2014 at about 9.30 PM, one Truck No. HP-12D-9427 met with an accident at Prem Nagar Kotkhai due to rash & negligent driving of the driver namely Liaq Ram S/o Sh. Bato Ram R/o Village- Riya, PO- Gulot, Tehsil- Nalagarh, District Solan and rolled down about 20 feet from the road.  Three persons have sustained injuries in this accident and refferred to IGMC Shimla for further treatment. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Dev I/O PS Kotkhai.

6. An Accident case FIR No. 108/14 is registered at PS Rampur on 04.09.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC &   187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Gambheer Singh S/o Sh. Hirda Ram R/o Village- Jaraher, PO- Kalkhar, Tehsil- Sarkaghat Mandi alleging therein that today at about 10.30 am when he was going towards Nirmond in his car no HP 65-3502 ( A-Star)  on the way near Bushahr Regency an another car No HP35-B-8686 overtake his car and motorcycle which was coming towards Rampur with rash driving from Nogli side in which two persons were seated, lost his control and collide with his car in which both the persons got injuries over their bodies. The Dvr of the Car  HP35-B-8686 run away from spot. The name of Driver of M/Cycle found Sanjay Bhadur S/O  lalmani R/O nogli Rampur . this accident occur due to rash and negligent driving of M/cycle and Car No HP35B-8686. Case has been registred and is being investigated by HC Shahi Bhushan IO TTR Rampur.

7. During last 24 hours 181 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act and  02 challan under Smoking Act. Total challan compound= 107 and fine realize= Rs. 22,400/-
