A Theft case FIR No. 51/14 has registered at PS Chopal on 02.09.2014 U/S 33 IF Act & 379 IPC on the complaint of Ranger Forest Officer, Forest Range Daiya, Distt. Shimla alleging therein that they have constituted different teams for making raids in the jurisdiction of Police Post Kupvi and found that large number of Kail, Deodar, Timber are cut by some unknown person in different beats. They have recovered approximately 219.897m3, total 1782 illicit wooden slippers during raid. The case is being investigated by ASI Om Prakash I/C PP Kupvi .
An Accident case FIR No. 169/14 has registered at PS West on 02.09.2014 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Arun Kumar S/o Sh. Hari SinghR/o Village- Masra, PO- Dhar Chandna, Tehsil- Chopal, District- Shimla A/p Verma Niwas, New Flat, Shanahan, Sanjuali Shimla alleging therein that on 02.09.2014, he alongwith his friend Ram Krishan were in the parking of Court Complex Chakkar, Shimla. Suddenly one vehicle No. HP-22D-3600 (Alto K-10) driven by Satish Kumar S/O Sh. Saran Dass R/o Village- Molag, PO- Sarimolag, Tehsil- Jaisinghpur, District- Kangra, HP, came rashly and hit two cars parked in the parking and pressed them with railing. They sustained injuries. The Case is being investigated by P/SI Shyam, I/C PS West.
An accident case FIR No. 65/14 is registered at PS Kumarsain on 03.09.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the rukka of HC Dev Raj, I/O PS- Kumarsain alleging therein that today at about 04.15 AM, one Pick-Up No HP-06A-3658 was coming towards Narkanda from Nirath. when above Vehicle reached near Kingal, driver lost his control and above vehicle rolled down about 250 meter from the road. In which two persons have sustained injuries. The Case is being investigated By HC Dev Raj, I/O PS Kumarsain.

Accused Sanjeevan Jaswal S/o Sh. Laxmi Jaswal R/O Domapur PO- Janai, Tehsil- Maharaja Ganj Distt.- Ram Bareli UP Age 48 years arrested in case FIR No 77/14 u/s 364 IPC, today sent to judicial custody for 14 days.
