An Accident case FIR No. 67/14 has registered at PS Kumarsain on 07.09.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Bhoop Ram S/o Sh. Het Ram R/o Village- Pauchhi, PO- Galani Tehsil and PS- Kumarsain, Distt.- Shimla HP alleging on 06.09.2014 he alongwith Jagat Bhushan was coming from Parwanoo to Pauchhi in Pick-UP No HP-51(T)-9043 driven by Subhash Chand. At about 02:00 AM, when they reached near oddi- Prem Nager Link Road driver Subhash Chand loose his control from the Vehicle and rolled Down 80 meter from the Road. They Sustained Injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Dev Raj, I/O PS Kumarsain.
During last 24 hours 101 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act and 22 challan under Smoking Act. Total challan compound= 66 and fine realize= Rs. 13,300/-

Accused Sarvan Kumar S/o Sh. Bhim Singh R/o Village & PO- Gopalpur, Tehsil- Palampur, District- Kangra A/p Shopkeeper at Khadrala, arrested in case FIR No. 77/14 Dt. 05.09.2014 U/S 18-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Rohru, today released on bail by the Ld. Court.
Accused Ghanshyam Verma R/o Village- Chareri, PO- Pandoa, Tehsil & PS- Karsog, District- Mandi, arrested in case FIR No. 50/14 Dt. 04.09.14 U/S 304,506 IPC PS Sunni, today sent to judicial custody upto 20.09.2014.
Accused Deepak Kumar S/o Sh. Ganga Ram R/o Village- Banjani, PO- Shalaghat, Tehsil- Kandaghat, District- Solan has been arrested in case FIR No. 166/14 U/S 457,380 IPC PS West.
