Crime Report 13 September 2014

1. An Accident case FIR NO 111/14 has registered at PS Rampur on 12.09.2014 U/S  279,337,304A IPC on the Rukka of ASI Bhagat Ram, I/C PP Taklech alleging therein that during the intervening night of 10/11.09.2014, one Balaro Camper No No HP-06A-1695, which was coming from Sungri to Jarasi, met with an accident near Sungri Dhank.  Desh Raj S/O Pandu Ram VPO Shong Tehsil Sangla Distt Kinnaur and Bhola Ram S/O Sh Rajinder Kumar Village Daklor Rampur were sit  in this  vehicle.  Bhola Ram was driving this vehicle. One person Mr.  Desh Raj was Died on the spot and Bhola Ram sustained injuries in this accident. The Case is being investigated by ASI Bhagat Ram IC PP Tecklech.

2. An accident case FIR No 135/14 dated 13-09-2014 U/S 279,304 A IPC has registered at PS Theog on the statement of Prem Pandy R/O Nauno Tehsil Theog District Shimla HP alleging therein that one Pik Up No HP 03D-2207, 100 meter rolled down from the road side one KM back from Nauno due to rash negligent driven by Mr Sant Ram who was lying dead near his vehicle. ASI Sanjeev Kumar I/O PP Deha  is being investigated the case.

3. An accident Case  FIR No 136/14 dated 13-09-2014 U/S 336,304 A IPC has registered at PS Theog on the statement of Kashav Ram S/o Sh. Bansi Lal R/O Shigar P.O Baldhar Tehsil Theog District Shimla alleging therein that when he was stand out side of his house One  car NO 09C-1527 was parked down side the road  near by his home one person  Mr. Anant Ram was sit on this car in back side seat. Driver Mr. Rama Nand was washing his car with water out side of the car .Suddenly the vehicle slowly gone to back and rolled down 50 fit from the road side near Shigar. In which Mr. Anant Ram Has been died in  this accident. This accident  was done negligent and in danger to human life by Mr Rama Nand  case is being investigated by I/O HC Shrifu Din PP Deha

4. An assault to deter Public servant Case FIR No 53/14 dated 13-09-2014 U/S 353,504 506 IPC PS Chopal has registered on the application of Sh. Madan Singh forest Guard at Marawag Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on 12-09-2014 at about 4-10 PM when he was at Marawag, one  Mr. Ramesh Chand S/o Sh Roshan Lal R/o Ghurla  with out any cause abused and attacked on him and also threatened him dire consequences on duty. Case is being investigated by ASI Ram Gopal I/O PS Chopal         

5. During last 24 hours 172 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act and  15 challan under Smoking Act. Total challan compound= 40 and fine realize= Rs. 26300 /-
