Crime Report 22 Sept., 2014

1. An Excise Act case FIR No 127/14 has registered at PS Sadar on 21.09.2014 U/S 39 HP Excise Act on the rukka of P/SI Deepak, I/O PS Sadar Shimla alleging therein that on 21.09.2014, he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Krishna Nagar Shimla. At about 06-30 PM, when they reached at Love-Kush chowk Krishna Nagar, one person namely Deepak Gill R/o near Labour Hostel, Krishna nagar Shimla, intercepted by them. During search, he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor, 750ml each, marka- Una No.-1  from his possession. The Case is being investigated by  P/SI Deepak, I/O PS Sadar, Shimla.

2. A Dog Biting case FIR No. 56/14 is registered at PS Chirgaon on 22.09.2014 U/S 289 IPC on the report of Sh. Rawal Nath S/o Sh. Jai Narayan  R/o Village & PO- Chillala, Tehsil- Chirgaon, Shimla alleging therein that on 20.09.2014, his son Nishant was playing near the house of  Sh. Bhagwan Chand. At about 04:30 PM, a pet dog of Sh. Vijay Nand came there and bitten his son.  The case is being investigated by HHC Harpal Singh, I/O PS Chirgaon.  

3. During last 24 hours 129 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under MV Act and 15 Challan under Smoking Act. Total challan were compound= 98 and fine realize Rs. 16,700/-

1. Accused Kalu @ Rajender S/o Sh. Sita Ram R/o Vajhani, PO- Shardaghat, Tehsil & PS Kandaghat, District- Solan age 26 years,  Om Prakash S/o Sh. Gopal R/o Village- Jagana, PO- Dumehar, Tehsil & PS- Arki, Distt- Solan Age 19 Years , Kamlesh @ Kailash S/o Kaku Ram R/o Village- Kalar, PO- Bakhalg, Tehsil & PS- Arki, Distt- Solan Age 26 Years and Deepak S/o Sh. Ganga Ram R/o Banjni PO- Shardaghat, Tehsil- Kandaghat Distt. Solan, arrested in case FIR No. 94/14 Dt. 04.07.14 U/S 457,380 IPC at PS Dhalli, are on police remand upto 24.09.2014.

2. Accused Navneet Kaushal, Suyash Kumar Panwar & Ghanshyam, arrested in case FIR No. 160/14 Dt. 21.08.2014 U/S 147 148 149 IPC & 25-54-59 Arms Act PS West,  are on police remand upto 24.09.2014.

3. Accused Karanjeet Singh S/o Sh. Dharmender Pal Singh R/o  House No. 67/4, Kohli Niwas, Jutogh, Shimla arrested in Case FIR NO. 33/14 Dt. 30.05.14 U/S 379 IPC at PS Sunni, today released on bail.

4. Accused Babu Ram S/o Sh. Kali Ram R/o Vilage- banjani, PO- Shararaghat, Tehsil & PS- Kandaghat , Solan  arrested today in case FIR No. 34/14 Dt. 31.05.14 U/S 379 IPC PS Sunni, sent to judicial custody upto 03.10.2014.
