Crime Report 15 August, 2014

1. An Accident case FIR No. 95/14 has registered at PS Rampur on 14.08.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Ajay Thakur S/o Sh. Sher Singh Thakur R/o Village- Chhalawat, PO- Bharawali, Tehsil- Rampur, Distt- Shimla alleging therein that he is ITI Student in Electrician trade at Racholi. On 14.08.2014 at about 03:15PM he was going toward college by his Motorcycle No HP06A-4502. When he reached near Safed Dhank , at that same time one vehicle No HP25A-2248 came very rashly and hit his Motorcycle. he got sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Shahsi Bhushan, I/O TTR Wing Rampur.

2. An Accident case FIR No. 109/14 has registered at PS Theog on 14.08.2014 U/S 279,337,304A IPC PS Theog on the statement of Sh. Roshan Lal Tegta S/o Lt. Sh. Beli Ram Tegta R/o Village- Dhagali, PO- Valag, Tehsil- Theog, Shimla alleging therein that on 10.08.2014, he alongwith Sh. Ramesh were coming to home from Link Road in his Maruti Car No. HP-03-0461. At about 04:00/05:00 AM, when they reached at Dhagali, due to heavy fog Driver Ramesh lost his control and above vehicle  fell down from the road. One person has died during treatment at IGMC and one got sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Lajja Ram, I/O PS Theog.

3. An Accident case FIR No. 110/14 is registered at PS Theog on 14.08.2014 U/S 279,337,201 IPC on the statement of Sh. Nanak Chand S/o Sh. Balak Ram R/o Chanderpur, PO- Hatkoti, Tehsil- Jubbal, Shimla alleging therein that on 14.08.2014, he was going towards Shimla in vehicle No. HP-09A-0956 (Trax) alongwith five another persons. When they reached near Gallu, above vehicle met with an accident. They have got simple injuries in this accident. The case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Nain, I/O PS Theog.

4. An Accident case FIR No. 111/14 has registered at PS Theog today i.e. on 15.08.2014 U/S 279,337,304A IPC PS Theog on the rukka of ASI Sanjeev Kumar, alleging therein that  on 14.08.2014, he received an information telephonically at PP Deha that one Bolero Campur has fell down from the road near Ganog. On this information, he rushed to the spot and saw that one Bolero Campur No. HP-08A-1673 was fell down 200 meter from the road. In this accident one person Gian Singh S/o Sh. Budhu Bahadur R/o Village- Baru Bag, PO- Narkanda, Tehsil- Kumarsain, Shimla died on the spot and two persons Akshay & Suraj have got sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Sanjeev Kumar.

5. A Theft case FIR No. 112/14 has registered at PS Theog today i.e. on 15.08.2014 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Anil Kumar S/o Sh. Rajinder Singh R/o Village- Chakuna, PO- Bakhol, Tehsil- Kotkhai, Shimla alleging therein that during the intervening night of 12/13.08.2014, some unknown person has stolen away his Motorcycle No. HP-09C-1724, parked roadside at Theog. The case is being investigated by HC Teja Singh, I/o PS Theog.

6. A Theft case FIR No. 113/14 has registered at PS Theog today i.e. on 15.08.2014 U/S 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Rakesh S/o Sh. Rajinder Singh R/o Village- Darshai, PO- Khaneri, Tehsil- Rampur, Shimla alleging therein that during the intervening night of 14/15.08.2014, some unknown person has  stolen away his Motorcycle No. HP-06A-3872, parked near Devi More. The case is being investigated by ASI Lajja Ram, I/O PS Theog.

7. An Accident case FIR No. 114/14 has registered at PS Theog today i.e. on 15.08.2014 U/S 279,337,304A IPC on the rukka of ASI Lajja Ram, I/O PS Theog alleging therein that on 15.08.2014, he got an information that one vehicle has met with an accident near Khachi More. On this information, he alongwith staff rushed to the spot and saw that one vehicle No. HP-10A-1784 has fell down 100 meter from the road. In this accident, two persons Sunil  S/o Sh. Pritam Chand R/o Bharelti, PO- Kuthara, Tehsil- Rohru, Shimla and one another unidentified have died on the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Lajja Ram, I/O PS Theog.  

8. During last 24 hours 112 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act and 08 challan under Smoking Act. Total challan compound= 60 and fine realize= Rs. 17,400/-

1. Accused Hari Dutt S/O Sh. Nanak Chand R/O Radiana PO Subathu, Solan A/P clerk on contact basis Secrecy Branch HPU Age-30 Year has been arrested in Case FIR No.149/14 dated 14-08-2014 U/S 307 IPC PS West.

2. Accused  Manohar Lal, Karm Chand, Jagdish, Surender, Shankar, Ramesh have been arrested in case FIR No. 148/14 Dt. 14.08.14 U/S 302,147,148,149,120B,201 IPC at PS West.

3. Accused Ashish Kumar S/O Lt. Sh. Jai Sukh R/o Village- Brelangi, P.O Kothi, Tehsil- Kalpa, Distt- Kinnaur, age 45 years has been arrested in case FIR No 08/14 Dt. 10.02.14 U/S 379 IPC at  PS Jhakri.
