1.   A Theft after preparation made for causing death, hurt or restraint in order to the committing of the theft Case FIR NO. 114/14 is registered at PS Dhalli on dated 9.8.14 U/S 382,427,341,323 IPC, on the application of Sh. Manik Gupta resident of Asia Tha Down, Kachighati, Shimla, alleging therein that on 9.8.14 at about 8.45 PM he was with his friend Sh. Satnam Satti at Sanjauli, Bazar , A Zypsy NO. 9800 come thereto person namely Sunil & Sunny come out from that Zypsy & started beating him and attacked on him with Sharp weapon & snatched 36, 000/- from his pocket & broke his mobile and run away. Case is being investigated by HC Narender Kumar NO. 52, I/O PS Dhalli.

 

2.   A Theft Case FIR NO. 116/14 is registered at PS Dhalli today i.e. on 10.08.2014 U/S 379, on the statement of Sh. Anup Singh S/O Sh. Om Prakash R/O Village and P.O Mokhura Khas Tehsil and Police Station Maham District Rohtak (H.R) A/P Transporter Frood Mandi Bhattakuffar Dhalli Shimla, alleged that he is working as a transporter at Bhattakuffar. On dated 2.8.14 he parked his jeep no. HR16J-5722 in premises of his rented house near Gee Ess Trading Co. on Bhattakuffar road. But on 3.8.14 when he went to the open garage his above mentioned vehicle was not there. The above mentioned vehicle has been stolen by some unknown person. The cost of theft vehicle is approximately Rs. 4 lac (4,00,000/-). The Case is being investigated by HC Daljeet Singh No. 122, I/O PS Dhalli.

 

 

3.       An Accident Case FIR No.115/14 is registered at PS Dhalli today i.e. on 10.08.2014 U/S 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act, on the statement of Sh. Tanu Gupta S/O Sh. Mahesh Gupta R/O Village & PO Near Bus Stand Karsog, Tehsil Karsog, Distt Mandi, alleging therein that on 09.08.2014 at about 11/11.10 PM, when he was going to his friend Kailash to Dhalli on his Motor Cycle NO. HP30-3561 Palsar 220, when he reached Near PP Sanjauli at about 11.15 PM, A Car of silver Colour, whose last two digits are 57, overtaking his M/C with Carelessly and rash driving his his motor cycle and he got injured. The case is being investigated by HC Roshan Lal NO. 66, I/O PS Dhalli.

 

4.       An Accident Case FIR No. 37/14 is registered at PS Kotkhai today i.e. on 10.08.2014 U/S 279,304A IPC, On the ruka of ASI Kamal Dev alleging therein that on dated 09.08.2014 at about 11:00 PM Alto Car NO HP10B-2900 met with an accident Near Kotkhai, Bus Stand due to negligent driving of its driver Nand Lal S/O SH Surat Ram R/O Village Kharapather, Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla, fell down app. 100 mtr in which he got injured and other persons namely Dinesh Kumar S/O Sh. Kadar Singh R/O Village Deem, Tehsil Jubbal, Shimla, died at CHC Kotkhai. Case is being investigated by ASI Kamal Dev I/O PS Kotkhai.

 

 

5.       During last 24 hours 82 vehicles were challaned by Shimla Police under M.V. Act and 11 challan under Smoking Act. Total challan compounding= 74 and fine realize= Rs. 16,500/-
