1. A wrongful restraint case FIR No 101/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 10.06.2017 U/S 341,323,506 IPC on the statement of Sh Parveen Kumar S/o Sh Padam Joshi Village & P/o Duttnagar Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on 10.06.2017 at about 6:45 PM when he was going towards his home a person namely Babloo obstructed his way and beaten him brutally he also threatened him with dire consequence. The case is being investigated by HC Narjeev I/O PS Rampur.
2. A wrongful restraint case FIR NO 53/17 has been registered at PS Rorhu on 11.06.2017 U/S 341,323,504,506 IPC on the complaint of Hemant Jha S/o Sh. Ramakant R/o B-117 Sector -122 (Noida) Utter Pradesh A/P C/o C & C Construction Ltd. village Patsari Teh.Rohru Distt Shimla alleging therein that today on 11.06.2017 when he was at Sabzi Mandi Road Rohru a person namely Amrit Raj Obstructed his way and abused him and beaten him brutally he also threatened him with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by HC Vijay Kumar I/O PS Rohru.
3. An Accident case FIR No 88/17has been registered at PS Sadar on 10.06.2017 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh Raju Ram S/o Sh BAhagat Ram R/o Shilaaan P/o Korag Tehsil Sagdah Distt Sirmour HP A/P Security Guard at IGMC Hospital from Lynix Security alleging therein that on 10.06.2017 a vehicle No CH 03H 4558 met with an accident near Cancer Hospital IGMC in which driver Sanjay Thukar sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Virender Kumar I/O PP Lakkar Bazar.
4. During last 24 hours 598 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 468 & fine realized Rs. 1,36,500/- and 89 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 8,900/-.
