Crime Report on, September 30, 2019

1.   A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 185/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 30.09.2019 U/S 21,29 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Suraj Kumar I/O PS Dhalli alleged therein that today on 30.09.2019 during traffic duty at Hussain valley (Green Valley) he intercepted a vehicle No. HP 24D 9204 (Truck) along with staff and recovered 09 grams Chitta (Heroin) from the possession of  (i) Rakesh Kumar S/o Inder Singh R/o village Ratnari P/o Bhagi Tehsil Kotkhai District Shimla (i) Deepak S/o Sh Satish Chawala MCD Flat No. 44 ground Janhgir Puri Delhi and (iii) Akshay Kumar S/o Sanjeev Kumar R/o village Markande Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur. The case is being investigated by ASI Suraj Kumar I/O PS Dhalli.

2.   During last 24 hours 14 Challaned without seat belt, 11 challan drunken driving, 09 without helmet, 07 without Driving Licence, 01 using mobile phone, 10 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.

1.    Accused (i) Rakesh Kumar S/o Inder Singh R/o village Ratnari P/o Bhagi Tehsil Kotkhai District Shimla (ii) Deepak S/o Sh Satish Chawala MCD Flat No. 44 ground Janhgir Puri Delhi and (iii) Akshay Kumar S/o Sanjeev Kumar R/o village Markande Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur arrested in case FIR No. 185/19 U/S 21,29 ND&PS Act on 30.09.2019 at PS Sadar is being produced before Ld court on today.
