crime Report on, 18 September 2019

1.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. FIR No. 88/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 18.09.2019 U/S 39 (i) (a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Noop Ram SHO PS Kumarsain alleging therein that on 18.09.2019 during patrolling at Odi Bazar he received information of illegal selling of liquor . On this information he raided the grading and packing store of Rajan Kumar village Son Dhar and recovered 05 liters of illicit liquor from the possession of Durga Singh @ Vicky s/o Sh Prem Singh R/o village Narvali P/o Danavli Tehsil Nankhari District Shimla.The case is being investigated by ASI Noop Ram SHO PS Kumarsain.

2.   During last 24 hours 76 Challaned without seat belt, 02 challan drunken driving, 13 without helmet, 08 without Driving Licence, 02 using mobile phone, 10 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
