CRIME REPORT ON 13.09.2019

1.      AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No 70/19 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 12.09.2019 U/S 39(i) (a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Naresh Kumar SHO PS Jubbal alleging therein that on 12.09.2019 he along with staff searched the shop of Virender Bakhilta @ Chhotu S/O Sh. Mohar Singh village  Jhalri P/o  Deem Tehsil Jubbal District Shimla  at Jubbal bazaar and recovered 19 bottles of country liquor, 12 bottles of beer and 05 bottles of English liquor. The case is being investigated by I/o PS Jubbal.

2.      AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 85/19 has been registered at PS Kumarsain on 12.09.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Anil Kumar S/o Sh Lakshman Thakur R/o village Tiwari K Milki P/o Tehsil and District Bareya UP A/P Constable ITBP 43 Battalion Shalabag  alleging therein that on 12.09.2019 a truck No. CH 01A -0996  met with an accident in which he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Piyush Raj I/o PS Kumarsain.

3.      AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No. 176/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 13.09.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Pyar Chand S/o Sh  Rumal Singh R/o VPO Bhawarna Tehsil Palampur District Kangra alleging therein that today on 13.09.2019 a truck No. HR 58B 0294 came rashly and hit his truck No. HP 14B 2225  from front side. Above vehicle also damaged a pickup No. HP 62A 0606. The case is being investigated by HC Madhu Singh I/o PS Dhalli.

4.       During last 24 hours 59 Challaned without seat belt, 10 challan Drunken driving, 09 without helmet, 31 without Driving Licence, 03 using mobile phone, 10 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
