Crime Report on September, 15, 2019

1.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 178/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 14.09.2019 U/S 39 (i) (a) Excise Act on the rukka of SI Surjeet Singh I/O PS Dhalli alleged therein that on 14.09.2019 during traffic duty at Dhalli chowk they  intercepted a vehicle No PB08CZ-0704 and recovered 19 bottles of English liquor carrying without permit from the possession Satnam Singh and Vinay Kumar. The Case in being investigated by SI Surjeet I/O PS Dhalli.

2.   AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No. 92/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 14.09.2019 U/S 279 IPC on the rukka of ASI Roshan Lal I/O PS Kotkhai alleged therein that on 14.09.2019 a traula No. PB 11CF 6286 met with an accident and driver of the above vehicle run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by ASI Roshan Lal I/o PS Kotkhai.

3.    ACT ENDANGERING LIFE OR PERSONAL SAFETY OF OTHERS: Case FIR 93/19 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 15.09.2019 U/S 336, 427 IPC on the statement of Sh Sukhdev S/o Sh Gyan Singh VPO Pekha Tehsil Chirgaon District Shimla alleging therein that today on 15.09.2019 his 10 goats and sheep got burnt due to electric current passed through a electricity pole at Dhamvari.  This incident happened due to negligence of Electricity Department. The case is being investigated by  HC Jagat Ram I/o PS Chirgaon.

4.   During last 24 hours 31 Challaned without seat belt, nil challan drunken driving, 11 without helmet, 13 without Driving Licence, 02 using mobile phone, 13 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
