Crime Report On September 29, 2019.

1.   ND & PS Act : Case FIR No. 91/19 has been registered at PS Chopal on dated 28-09-2019 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS ACT on the rukka of Ramesh I/O PS Chopal stated there in that on 27.09.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty. During patrolling he found that one Sh Ramu Ram S/o Panu Ram r/o Vill. Chiwna Badlawag. PO Chambi Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla has cultivated/grown cannabis plants in his fields illegally. The case is being investigated by ASI Ramesh I/O PS Chopal.

2.   ND & PS Act : Case FIR No. 92/19 has been registered at PS Chopal on dated 28-09-2019 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS ACT on the rukka of Insp/SHO PS Chopal  stated therein that on 27.09.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty. During patrolling he found that one Sh. Laiq Ram S/o Paniya Ram R/O Vill. Kot, PO Chambi Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla has cultivated/grown cannabis plants in his fields illegally. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Chopal.

3.   Accident : Case FIR No. 220/19 has been registered at PS West on dated 28.09.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the complaint of a lady alleging therein that on dated 26.09.2019 she received an unknown phone call that a motorcycle No. HP63-4555 hit her husband Sh. Chandu at near Tutikandi and he has been taken to IGMC Shimla by some unknown person for the treatment. He sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Ashwani Kumar I/O PS West, Shimla.

4.   Accident : Case FIR No. 79/19 has been registered at PS New Shimla on dated 28.09.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the complaint of a lady alleging therein that on dated 28.09.2019 at about 10.15 AM when she was going towards New Shimla as she reached near BCS,  a driver of vehicle No. HP19A-7375 come from other side, hit her and run away from the spot. In this accident she sustained injuries on left leg. The case is being investigated by HC Dimple I/O PS New Shimla.  

5.   Accident : Case FIR No. 76/19 has been registered at PS Jubbal on dated 28.09.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Kirpa Ram S/O Sh. Sukhiya Ram R/O Vill. Sundli PO & Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on dated 28.09.2019 at about 4015 PM he was sit on the varanda of his house and he saw that a lady fell down from the HRTC Bus No. HP10A-6494 at Sundli Station. She sustained head injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Chintamani I/O PS Jubbal.

6.   During last 24 hours 26 vehicles were challaned without Seatbelt, 10 without helmet, 16 without driving License, 0 using mobile phone, 07 challaned drunken driving and  16 persons challaned under Smoking Act.
