Crime Report on ,September, 17, 2019

1.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 71/19 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 16.09.2019 U/S 39 (i)( a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of SI Naresh Kumar SHO PS Jubbal alleged therein that on 16.09.2019 during patrolling along with staff in the jurisdiction of Police Station Jubbal he recovered 07 bottles of country liquor and 14 bottles of beer from the possession of   Rahul Nepali  S/O Sh. Rati Ram village Dipo Chhajpur Tehsil Jubbal.The case is being investigated by SI Naresh Kumar SHO PS Jubbal.

2.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 109/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 17.09.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Bhagirath IC PP Tikkar  alleging therein that on 16.9.2019 during patrolling along with staff  toward Daverighat got secret information  about illegal selling of liquor . On this information he recovered 53 bottles of country liquor from the possession of one person. The case is being investigated by ASI Bhagirath I/C PP Tikkar.

3.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. has been registered at PS Dhalli on 16.09.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 177 MV Act on the on the statement of Sh Ravinder Kumar S/O Sh Late. Sh Geeta Ram R/O Servent Quarter No- 36 Old Brock Host Chotta Shimla District Shimla alleged therein that on dated 16.09.2019 he was coming in his taxi No HP01A-4080 from Nerwa to Shimla. At around 9.40 PM when he reached Sanjauli bazar near Adidas show room suddenly a motorcycle bearing No HP10B- 4026 came rashly and negligently from wrong side and collided with his vehicle .The case is being investigated by I/O PP Sanjauli.

4.   During last 24 hours 13 Challaned without seat belt, 05 challan drunken driving, 10 without helmet, 24 without Driving Licence, nil using mobile phone, 12 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.
