Crime Report on, September, 12, 2019

1.   A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 210/19 has been registered at PS West on 12.09.2019 U/S 21, 29 ND&PS Act on the rukka of HC Sanjeev I/o PS West alleged therein that on 12.09.2019 during patrolling at  ISBT Shimla he recovered 8.70 grams of Chitta/ heroine recovered from the possession of Sumit S/o Leela Dutt Maliya R/o Upper Lasa Ward No. 7 Tehsil Rampur District Shimla and Rohit Desta S/o Rajeev Desta R/o Jagdhar P/o Narein Tehsil Rampur District Shimla. Accused have been arrested and case is being investigated by SI Vijay Kumar I/o PS West. 

2.   ASSAULT OR CRIMINAL FORCE TO DETER PUBLIC SERVANT FROM DISCHARGE OF HIS DUTY: Case FIR No 125/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 11.09.2019  U/S  353,506 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Tenzin Negi S/O Sh. D.S. Negi R/O VPO Kalpa Teshil Kalpa Distt Kinnaur HP A/P D.P. Deptt. Of Physical Education G.C. Rampur alleging therein that on 11.09.2019 he was on duty at college campus. During his duty a person namely Rohit VPO Ghanvi Tehsil Rampur came there and made obstruction in his duty, also threatened him with dire consequences.   The Case is being investigating by ASI Krishan Lal I/C PP City Rampur.

3.   During last 24 hours 53 Challaned without seat belt, nil challan Drunken driving, 11 without helmet, 16 without Driving Licence, 02 using mobile phone, 09 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.

1.   Accused Sumit S/o Leela Dutt Maliya R/o Upper Lasa Ward No. 7 Tehsil Rampur District Shimla and Rohit Desta S/o Rajeev Desta R/o Jagdhar P/o Narein Tehsil Rampur District Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 210/19 dated 12.09.2019 U/S 21, 29 ND&PS Act at PS West are being produced before Ld court today.
