Crime Report on September, 09, 2019

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 105/19 has been registered at PS Rorhu on 09.09.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC & 184 MV Act on the Statement of Sh.Sonu S/O Sh. Varu R/O village Jaferpur Ranyali PO Dhorala Tehsil Nakur, District Saharnpur UP alleged that on 09.09.2019 when they reached Sabji Mandi Rohru suddenly driver of the vehicle namely  Pawan  lost his control over the  vehicle and hit another vehicle No. RJ 14GH 5306. In this accident two persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Shanti Swaroop.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 206/19 has been registered at PS West on 08.09.2019 U/S 279 IPC on the statement Raghuveer S/o Sh. Mohar Singh R/o Vidya Niwas Dhalli Shimla alleging therein that on 08.09.2019 he was Coming towards Dhalli from New Bus stand in his vehicle HP 01A 5566 suddenly a truck No. HP 64B 5840 came rashly from wrong side, and hit his vehicle. The case is being investigated by I/o PS West.  

3.   During last 24 hours 08 Challaned without seat belt, 03 challan Drunken driving, 05 without helmet, 05 without Driving Licence, nil using mobile phone, 10 person's challaned under Smoking Act.
