Crime Report on, September, 11, 2019

1.   AN EXCISE ACT:  Case FIR N0. 60/19 has been registered at PS Nerwa on 10.09.2019 U/S 39 (i) (a) H.P Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Mansa Ram I/o PS Nerwa alleging therein that on 10.09.2019 during patrolling in the jurisdiction of PS Nerwa along with staff he recovered 12 bottles of country liquor and 12 bottles of beer from the possession of  Virender Ghunta S/o Bhup Singh Ghunta. R/O village Ghuntari Tehsil Nerwa District Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Mansa Ram I/o PS Nerwa.

2.   AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No. 106/19 has been registered at PS Rorhu 10.09.2019 U/S 39(i)(a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of SHO PS Rorhu alleging therein that on 10.09.2019 during patrolling along with staff at Kansakoti he checked the shop of Chotu Ram and recovered 12 bottles of country liquor and 06 bottles of beer. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Rorhu.

3.   AN ACCDENT: Case FIR No. 155/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 10.09.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Amit Chauhan S/o Sh Joginder  Singh R/o village Revat P/o Kuinal tehsil Kotkhai district Shimla alleging therein that on 10.09.2019 he along with his family members were coming to Shimla in his vehicle No. HP 52A 7475. When they reached near Tharmati (Fagu) suddenly a traula No. RJ 07GC 7743 came rashly from front side and hit his vehicle. In this accident he along with his family sustains injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Satish I/o PP Fagu. 

  

4.   During last 24 hours 12 Challaned without seat belt, nil challan Drunken driving, 10 without helmet, 14 without Driving Licence, 04 using mobile phone, 22  person's challaned under Smoking Act.01 person challaned under mining Act.
