Crime Report on 03.09.2019

1.      A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR NO 199/19 has been registered at PS West on 02.09.2019 U/S 20 ND&PS Act and 39 (i) (a) HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Roshan Lal I/o PP Shoghi alleged therein that on 02.03.2019 on the secret information he raided the meat shop of Sh. Jaspal S/o Sh Puran Chand R/o Village Janglic P/o Tangdu Tehsil Chirgaon District Shimla and recovered 07 bottles of English liquor 05 bottles of country liquor and 23.72 gram charas from the shop at Shogi Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Roshan Lal I/o PP Shoghi.

2.      AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No.151/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 03.09.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Jitender Nakharia S/o Sh Kamal Singh R/o village Khedi P/o Raithal Tehsil Dawar, District Gwalior alleging therein that today on 03.09.2019 a motorcycle No.         PB-12K-9332 hit a person namely Shalinder. In this accident above mention person sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by I/O PP Fagu.

3.      During last 24 hours 05 Challan without seat belt, 02 challan Drunken driving, 05 without helmet, 05 without Driving Licence, 02 using mobile phone, 20 person's challaned under Smoking Act.

Follow-Up

1.   Accused Jaspal S/o Sh Puran Chand R/o village Janglic P/o Tangdu Tehsil Chirgaon District Shimla arrested in case FIR No. 199/19 on dated 02.09.2019 U/S 20 ND&PS Act, 39 (i) (a) HP Excise Act at PS West is being produced before Ld court on today.
