CRIME REPORT ON 06.09.2019

1.   A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 103/19 has been registered at PS Rohru on 05.08.2019 U/S 18, 20, 21 and 29 ND&PS Act on  the rukka of HC Vijay Kumar I/O PS Rohru alleged therein that on 05.09.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty at Rohru Bazar. On secret information they recovered 9.40 Gm Charas, 5.68 gm Opium, 0.20 gm Heroin/Chitta from the possession of Sunil Kumar S/O late Sh. Surat Singh R/O village Pujarli P/o Dodra Teh. Dodra Kawar PS Chirgaon and  Ashok Kumar S/O Sh Govind Singh R/O village Shekhal P/o Dhadi Gunsa Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla. The Case is being investigating by SI Ram Swaroop I/o PS Rohru.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 91/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 05.09.2019 U/s 279, 337 & 338 IPC on the rukka of ASI Roshan Lal I/o PS Kotkhai alleging therein that on 05.09.2019 a vehicle No. HP 63A 6586 met with an accident at Kuinal in which 03 persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Roshan Lal I/o PS Kotkhai.

3.   AN ACCIDENT: - FIR No.57/19 Case has been registered at PS Nerwa on 06.09.2019 U/S 279 304A  IPC on the statement of Sh Rattan Singh S/o Sh Tulsi Ram R/o village Rohana P/o Bouhar Tehsil Nerwa District Shimla alleging therein that today on 06.09.2019 a vehicle No. UK-07CB 6279 pickup met with an accident at Chamya (Rohana) in which two persons namely Gulam Nabi and Yaseen died on the spot and driver of vehicle namely Mansab run away from there. The case is being investigated by ASI Jaswant I/o PS Nerwa.

4.   During last 24 hours 11 Challaned without seat belt, 11 challan Drunken driving, 09 without helmet, 08 without Driving License, 01 using mobile phone, 15 person's challaned under Smoking Act.

1.  Accused Sunil Kumar S/O late Sh. Surat Singh R/O village Pujarli P/o Dodra Teh. Dodra Kawar PS Chirgaon Distt Shimla HP Age 24 years and Accused Ashok Kumar S/O Sh Govind Singh R/O village Shekhal P/o Dhadi Gunsa Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla HP age 27 years have been arrested in Case FIR No. 103/19 dated 05.09.2019 U/S 18,20,21,29-61-85 ND&PS Act are being produced before Ld court today.
