Crime Report On September 07, 2019.

1.   A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 203/19 has been registered at PS West today on 07.08.2019 U/S 21 ND&PS Act on  the rukka of HC Sanjeev Kumar I/O PS West alleged therein that on 07.09.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty at Ghora Chowki, Kachighati and Taradevi. As he reached Mahindra Showroom Ghora Chowki, he recovered  10.79 gm Heroin/Chitta from the possession of Ishtkar S/o Sh. Tahir R/o Village Babupura, PO Nanota, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Saharanpur, UP. The Case is being investigated by ASI Keshav I/o PS West.

2.   ASSAULT OR CRIMINAL FORCE TO DETER PUBLIC SERVANT FROM DISCHARGE OF HIS DUTY: Case FIR No. 188/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 06.09.2019 U/s 353,332,504,506 IPC on the complaint of Superintentdent, resources Municipal Corporation, Shimla  alleging therein that on 06.09.2019 a shopkeeper namely Om Prakash resident of Lakkar Bazar come in the office and misbehaved and beaten him. The case is being investigated by  PSI Anil I/o PS Sadar, Shimla.

3.   CRIMINAL BREACH OF TRUST: Case FIR No. 75/19 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 06.09.2019 U/S 408, 34 IPC on the complaint of Mr Surender Sharma R/o H.NO. 44, Gali No. 3, Preet Colony, Zirakpur, Punjab-140 603 alleging therein that he is a Regional Manager in Pekham System Logistics Pvt. Ltd. Company at Gurgaon. An Employee namely Raj was manager in the above company at Khalini Office. Who deposits the cash in the account of above company on daily basis. But he committed criminal breach of trust with the amount of Rs. 3,23,956/- of the above company. The case is being investigated by ASI Pradeep Kumar I/O PS New Shimla.

4.   During last 24 hours 18 Challaned without seat belt, 03 challan Drunken driving, 09 without helmet, 18 without Driving Licence, 02 using mobile phone, 32 person's challaned under Smoking Act.

Follow Up:-

1.   Accused Sunil Kumar S/O late Sh. Surat Singh R/O village Pujarli P/o Dodra Teh. Dodra Kawar PS Chirgaon Distt Shimla HP Age 24 years and Accused Ashok Kumar S/O Sh Govind Singh R/O village Shekhal P/o Dhadi Gunsa Tehsil Rohru Distt Shimla HP age 27 years have been arrested in Case FIR No. 103/19 dated 05.09.2019 U/S 18,20,21,29-61-85 ND&PS PS Rohru. The accused are under police custody till 09.09.2019.

2.    Accused Ishtkar S/O Sh. Tahir R/o Village Banupura, PO Nanota, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Saharanpur, UP arrested in case FIR No. 203/19 dated 07.09.19 U/S 21 ND&PS Act, PS West today on 07.09.219 and is being produced before Ld Court.
