Crime Report on, 27, September 2019

1.   A NDPS ACT: Case FIR No.113/19 has been registered at PS East on 26.09.2019  U/S  21-61-85 ND&PS Act on the ruka of ASI Tenzin Chhering I/C PAR Vikasnagar alleged therein that on 26.09.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty at Manji near Mehta Niwas then they intercepted a person namely Nikhil S/O Sh Baldev Singh R/O Block C-31 Flat-2 SDA Colony Vikasnagar Age 20 Years and recovered 6.71 Gram Chitta/Heroin from his possession. Case is being investigating by ASI Tenzin Chhering I/C PAR Vikas Nagar

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 131/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 26.09.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Hem Raj S/o Sh. Moorat Singh village Talai P/o Nogli Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on 26.09.2019 one car No HP 16A 0430 hit a pedestrian namely Piyush Sahni near Mini Secretariat Rampur in which Piyush Sahni sustained injury. Accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of Car Driver Bhagwan Singh S/o Sh. Puran Singh VPO Kalaghat Tehsil Pachhad Distt. Mandi HP. The case is being investigating by I/C PP City Rampur.

3.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 132/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 26.09.2019  U/S 279, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh Vinod Kumar S/o Sh. Sain Ram village nogidhar po Dansa Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 26.09.2019 a vehicle No HP 62A 2007 met with an accident near Dhar mod in which one person Ram Dass  village  Nogidhar died on the sopt. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of vehicle driver Vishamber Dass VPO Dansa. The Case is being investigating by HC Rajesh I/O PS Rampur.

4.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 205/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 26.09.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Saurav Agrawal S/o Sh Rajkumar Agarwal R/o 51/3 Lower Bazar Shimla Tehsil and Distt. Shimla alleged therein that on 26.09.2019 he was going to park his vehicle No. HP 03C 6586 at Lift parking. When he reached at High Court bifurcation suddenly a Scooty No. HP 89 2290 came from Bemloe side and collided with his vehicle and rider of scooty sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by SI Prakash Chand I/O PS Sadar.  

5.   During last 24 hours 47 Challaned without seat belt, 04 challan drunken driving, 18 without helmet, 12 without Driving Licence, 01 using mobile phone, 30 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.

1.   Accused Nikhil S/O Sh Baldev Singh R/O Block C-31 Flat-2 SDA Colony Vikasnagar Age 20 Years arrested in case FIR No. 113/19 U/S 21-61-85 ND&PS Act on 26.09.2019 at PS East is being produced before Ld court, today .
