Crime Report On September 22, 2019.

1.   ND & PS Act : Case FIR No. 90/19 has been registered at PS Jhakri on dated 21-09-2019 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS ACT on the rukka of HC Diwan Chand I/O PS Jhakri stated there in that he along with staff went on investigation of case FIR No. 89/19 during investigation he recovered 38 grams Charas from the possession of Dila Ram S/o Sh. Seharu Ram R/o Village Khudna, PO Sarpara, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla, HP. The case is being investigated by ASI Bir Singh I/O PS Jhakri.

2.   ND & PS Act : Case FIR No. 203/19 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla on dated 21-09-2019 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS ACT on the rukka of SI Prakash Chand I/O PS Sadar Shimla stated there in that on 21.09.2019 at about 3.45 PM when he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Lift Shimla. He received a secret information and recovered 43.11 grams Charas from the possession of Pitam S/o Sh. Mool Chand R/o Village Mohammadpur Dyogal, PO Mundawar, Tehsil & Distt Bijnour, U.P. The case is being investigated by SI Prakash Chand I/O PS Sadar Shimla.

3.   Excise Act : Case FIR No. 74/19 has been registered at PS Jubbal on dated 21.09.2019 U/S 39(1)(A) HP Excise Act on the Ruka of ASI Sohan Lal I/C PP S/Nagar, PS Jubbal stated therein that he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Nandpur and on secret information he recovered 24 bottles of country liquor  from the possession of Virender R/o Karyana Shop Nandpur, Tehsil Jubbal, Distt Shimla, HP. The case is being investigated by ASI Sohan Lal I/C PP S/Nagar, PS Jubbal.

4.    House Trespass : Case FIR No. 202/19 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla on dated 21-09-2019 U/S 451, 504, 186 & 189 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Vikram Chand HRTC Booking Office Lakkar Bazar R/o Vill. Shivi, PO Basantpur, Tehsil Sunni, Distt Shimla, HP alleging therein that on 21.09.2019 owner of Manohar Bus come to his above office and abused him. He also threatened him in his HRTC Office while he was performing his duty. The case is investigated by HC Lokender Singh I/O PP Lakkar Bazar, PS Sadar, Shimla.  

5.   House Trespass : Case FIR No. 89/19 has been registered at PS Jhakri on dated 21-09-2019 U/S 452, 323, 504, 506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mast Ram S/o Sh. Jiwnu Ram R/o Village Khudna, PO Sarpara, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla, HP alleging therein that one person namely Dila Ram trespassed his Kitchen and beaten him and his wife. He also threatened him. The case is being investigated by HC Diwan Chand I/O PS Jhakri.

6.   During last 24 hours 31 vehicles were challaned without Seatbelt, 05 without helmet, 10 without driving License, 02 using mobile phone, 0 challaned drunken driving and  19 persons challaned under Smoking Act.

(i)                 Pitam age 48 years S/o Sh. Mool Chand R/o Village Mohammadpur Dyogal, PO Mundawar, Tehsil & Distt Bijnour, U.P.  arrested in case FIR No. 203/19 dated 21-09-2019 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS ACT at PS Sadar Shimla on 21.09.2019. The accused is being produced before Ld court.
