1.   A ND&PS ACT: Case FIR No. 185/19 has been registered at PS Dhalli on 30.09.2019 U/S 21,29 ND&PS Act on the rukka of ASI Suraj Kumar I/O PS Dhalli alleged therein that today on 30.09.2019 during traffic duty at Hussain valley (Green Valley) he intercepted a vehicle No. HP 24D 9204 (Truck) along with staff and recovered 09 grams Chitta (Heroin) from the possession of  (i) Rakesh Kumar S/o Inder Singh R/o village Ratnari P/o Bhagi Tehsil Kotkhai District Shimla (i) Deepak S/o Sh Satish Chawala MCD Flat No. 44 ground Janhgir Puri Delhi and (iii) Akshay Kumar S/o Sanjeev Kumar R/o village Markande Tehsil Sadar District Bilaspur. The case is being investigated by ASI Suraj Kumar I/O PS Dhalli.

2.   During last 24 hours 14 Challaned without seat belt, 11 challan drunken driving, 09 without helmet, 07 without Driving Licence, 01 using mobile phone, 10 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.

1.   ND & PS Act : Case FIR No. 91/19 has been registered at PS Chopal on dated 28-09-2019 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS ACT on the rukka of Ramesh I/O PS Chopal stated there in that on 27.09.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty. During patrolling he found that one Sh Ramu Ram S/o Panu Ram r/o Vill. Chiwna Badlawag. PO Chambi Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla has cultivated/grown cannabis plants in his fields illegally. The case is being investigated by ASI Ramesh I/O PS Chopal.

2.   ND & PS Act : Case FIR No. 92/19 has been registered at PS Chopal on dated 28-09-2019 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS ACT on the rukka of Insp/SHO PS Chopal  stated therein that on 27.09.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty. During patrolling he found that one Sh. Laiq Ram S/o Paniya Ram R/O Vill. Kot, PO Chambi Tehsil Chopal Distt. Shimla has cultivated/grown cannabis plants in his fields illegally. The case is being investigated by SHO PS Chopal.

3.   Accident : Case FIR No. 220/19 has been registered at PS West on dated 28.09.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the complaint of a lady alleging therein that on dated 26.09.2019 she received an unknown phone call that a motorcycle No. HP63-4555 hit her husband Sh. Chandu at near Tutikandi and he has been taken to IGMC Shimla by some unknown person for the treatment. He sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Ashwani Kumar I/O PS West, Shimla.

4.   Accident : Case FIR No. 79/19 has been registered at PS New Shimla on dated 28.09.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the complaint of a lady alleging therein that on dated 28.09.2019 at about 10.15 AM when she was going towards New Shimla as she reached near BCS,  a driver of vehicle No. HP19A-7375 come from other side, hit her and run away from the spot. In this accident she sustained injuries on left leg. The case is being investigated by HC Dimple I/O PS New Shimla.  

5.   Accident : Case FIR No. 76/19 has been registered at PS Jubbal on dated 28.09.2019 U/S 279,337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Kirpa Ram S/O Sh. Sukhiya Ram R/O Vill. Sundli PO & Tehsil Jubbal Distt. Shimla alleging therein that on dated 28.09.2019 at about 4015 PM he was sit on the varanda of his house and he saw that a lady fell down from the HRTC Bus No. HP10A-6494 at Sundli Station. She sustained head injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Chintamani I/O PS Jubbal.

Crime Report on, 28, September 2019

1.   AN EXCISE ACT : Case FIR No 133/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 27.08.2019  U/S 39(i)(a) of HP Excise Act on the rukka of ASI Parshotam Chand I/O PS Rampur alleging therein that on 27.08.2019 during patrolling duty at  Duttnagar he recovered 24 bottles of country liquor from the possession of one person. The case is being investigating by ASI Purshotam Chand I/O PS Rampur.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 163/19 has been registered at PS Theog on 28.09.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Suresh Kumar Rajeev Kumar S/o Sh Pala Ram Jat road R/o village Dadupur Khurad P/o Bheni Khurad Tehsil Nelokadedi District Karnal Haryana alleging therein that today on 28.09.2019 he was travelling through a truck No. HR 45C 1966 along with driver Joginder Singh @ Chotta. Suddenly driver of the truck lost control over the truck and met with an accident at near Chailla in which he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Tek Ram I/o PS Theog.

3.   AN ACCIDENT : Case FIR No.219/19 has been registered at PS West today on 28.09.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh Bhima S/o Sh Mukhtiyar Singh R/o VPO Mukhtsar Tehsil Malot District Muktsar Punjab alleging therein that on 27.09.2019 a truck No. BP 30L-9645 met with an accident in which he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Keshav Chand I/O PS West.

1.   A NDPS ACT: Case FIR No.113/19 has been registered at PS East on 26.09.2019  U/S  21-61-85 ND&PS Act on the ruka of ASI Tenzin Chhering I/C PAR Vikasnagar alleged therein that on 26.09.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty at Manji near Mehta Niwas then they intercepted a person namely Nikhil S/O Sh Baldev Singh R/O Block C-31 Flat-2 SDA Colony Vikasnagar Age 20 Years and recovered 6.71 Gram Chitta/Heroin from his possession. Case is being investigating by ASI Tenzin Chhering I/C PAR Vikas Nagar

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No 131/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 26.09.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Hem Raj S/o Sh. Moorat Singh village Talai P/o Nogli Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on 26.09.2019 one car No HP 16A 0430 hit a pedestrian namely Piyush Sahni near Mini Secretariat Rampur in which Piyush Sahni sustained injury. Accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of Car Driver Bhagwan Singh S/o Sh. Puran Singh VPO Kalaghat Tehsil Pachhad Distt. Mandi HP. The case is being investigating by I/C PP City Rampur.

3.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 132/19 has been registered at PS Rampur on 26.09.2019  U/S 279, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh Vinod Kumar S/o Sh. Sain Ram village nogidhar po Dansa Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 26.09.2019 a vehicle No HP 62A 2007 met with an accident near Dhar mod in which one person Ram Dass  village  Nogidhar died on the sopt. This accident occurred due to rash and negligent driving of vehicle driver Vishamber Dass VPO Dansa. The Case is being investigating by HC Rajesh I/O PS Rampur.

4.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 205/19 has been registered at PS Sadar on 26.09.2019 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Saurav Agrawal S/o Sh Rajkumar Agarwal R/o 51/3 Lower Bazar Shimla Tehsil and Distt. Shimla alleged therein that on 26.09.2019 he was going to park his vehicle No. HP 03C 6586 at Lift parking. When he reached at High Court bifurcation suddenly a Scooty No. HP 89 2290 came from Bemloe side and collided with his vehicle and rider of scooty sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by SI Prakash Chand I/O PS Sadar.

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 96/19 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on  25.09.2019 U/S 279, 337 on the statement of  Vinod Panday S/o Sh. Durga Dutt Panday R/o village Tikkari P/o Jais Tehsil Theog alleging therein that on 25.09.2019 an applied for vehicle  met with an accident in which two person sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Ramesh I/o PS Kotkahi. 

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 218/19 has been registered at PS West on 25.09.2019 U/S HP29A 8184 IPC on the statement of Sh Altaf Hussain S/o Sh Anwar Hussain R/o Dugrain P/o Kaned Tehsil Sunder Nagar District Mandi Himachal Pradesh alleging therein that on 25.09.2019 driver of vehicle No.HP 29A 8184 lost control over the vehicle and met with an accident in which three persons sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Rajkumar I/O PS West.

Crime Report on, 25 September 2019

1.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 45/19 has been registered at PS Sunni on 25.09.2019 U/ S 25.09.2019 U/S 279, 337 and 304A IPC on the statement of Sh Dinesh Kumar S/o Sh Chet Ram R/o village Kyartu p/o Baldyan Tehsil Sunni District Shimla alleging therein that on 24.09.2019 when he was going to Majiwar in pickup No. HP63A 6217 along with driver Karam Singh and two other persons. Suddenly driver lost the control over the vehicle and met with an accident at Basantpur. In this accident Ram Singh died on the spot and two people sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Chaman Lal I/o PS Sunni.

2.   AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 44/19 has been registered at PS Sunni on 25.09.2019 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC and 187 MV Act in which complainant alleging therein that on 24.09.2019 a pickup No. HP 27A 1210 hit her vehicle while she was traveling Mandri from Shimla along with her family members. In this accident one person died on the spot and pickup No. HP 27A 1210 run away from the spot. The case is being investigated by SI Jaidev SHO PS Sunni.   

3.   During last 24 hours 46 Challaned without seat belt, 05 challan drunken driving, 19 without helmet, 15 without Driving Licence, 02 using mobile phone, 17 person’s challaned under Smoking Act.

AN EXCISE ACT: Case FIR No.162/19 U/S 39 Excise Act has been registered at PS Theog on 23.09.2019 on the rukka of ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Fagu alleged therein that on 23.09.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty then on secret information they recovered 11 bottles of country Liquor from the possession of Aatma Ram S/O Sh Kanshi Ram R/O Village Jau PO Majhar Tehsil Theog Shimla. The case is being investigated by ASI Brij Lal I/C PP Fagu.

 

2. Accident Case: Case FIR No.129/19 Dated 24/09/19 U/S 279,337 IPC has been registered at PS Rampur on the statement of Sh. Surinder Kumar S/O Lt. Sh. Than Singh R/O VPO Bandrohar Teshil Nagrota Bagwan Distt Kangra HP A/P Driver HPSEB Anni Distt Kullu HP alleged therein that on 24-09-19 at about 12.40 PM when he was going towards Nogli in his Govt. Vehicle No. HP-33-6236 Tata Truck, which was stopped Near Bhadrash Patrol Pump for checking by HP Pollution Control Board. Suddenly vehicle No. HP06A-1566 Pick-up came rashly and negligently from Bhadrash side and hit his above vehicle. In this accident Pickup Driver Sandeep Kumar S/O Sh. Budh Ram R/O Vill Majhali Po Deothi Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla sustains injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Purshotam Chand I/O PS Rampur.

1.    ND&PS Act: Case FIR No.216/19 Dt. 22.09.19 U/S 22 29-61-85 ND & PS Act has been registered at PS West Shimla on the ruka of HC Susheel Kumar I/O SIU Shimla alleged therein that on 22.09.2019 he along with staff was on patrolling duty at Shoghi then on secret information they recovered 08.51 Gram Chitta/Heroin from the possession of Sh. Chetan S/O Ram Phool Singh R/O VPO Bupaniya Distt. Jhajjar Hariyana. Case is being investigating by I/C PP Shoghi.

2.    Accident Case: Case FIR No. 93/19 Dt. 22.09.19 U/S 279 337 IPC has been registered at PS Kotkhai on the statement of Chnder Paul Vill Saran P/O Baravah Teh Rampur Distt Shimla  alleged therein that vehicle No. HP09C-5288 driven by Nikhil S/o Jaipal Vill Kufta P/O Bakhol Teh Kotkhai hit his vehicle rashly and negligent driving. Case is being investigating by ASI Hari Chand I/O PS Kotkhai.

3.    Accident Case: Case FIR No. 111/19 Dt. 23.09.19 U/S 279 337 IPC has been registered at PS East Shimla alleged therein that today at about 09.40 AM she was going to Chhota Shimla in car No.HP62C-0006. When she reached near Raj Bhawan bifurcation then a car No. HP07C-6871 driven by Rajat Bagga came rashly with negligent driving and hit her car in which she has sustained injuries.

Crime Report On September 22, 2019.

1.   ND & PS Act : Case FIR No. 90/19 has been registered at PS Jhakri on dated 21-09-2019 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS ACT on the rukka of HC Diwan Chand I/O PS Jhakri stated there in that he along with staff went on investigation of case FIR No. 89/19 during investigation he recovered 38 grams Charas from the possession of Dila Ram S/o Sh. Seharu Ram R/o Village Khudna, PO Sarpara, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla, HP. The case is being investigated by ASI Bir Singh I/O PS Jhakri.

2.   ND & PS Act : Case FIR No. 203/19 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla on dated 21-09-2019 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS ACT on the rukka of SI Prakash Chand I/O PS Sadar Shimla stated there in that on 21.09.2019 at about 3.45 PM when he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Lift Shimla. He received a secret information and recovered 43.11 grams Charas from the possession of Pitam S/o Sh. Mool Chand R/o Village Mohammadpur Dyogal, PO Mundawar, Tehsil & Distt Bijnour, U.P. The case is being investigated by SI Prakash Chand I/O PS Sadar Shimla.

3.   Excise Act : Case FIR No. 74/19 has been registered at PS Jubbal on dated 21.09.2019 U/S 39(1)(A) HP Excise Act on the Ruka of ASI Sohan Lal I/C PP S/Nagar, PS Jubbal stated therein that he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Nandpur and on secret information he recovered 24 bottles of country liquor  from the possession of Virender R/o Karyana Shop Nandpur, Tehsil Jubbal, Distt Shimla, HP. The case is being investigated by ASI Sohan Lal I/C PP S/Nagar, PS Jubbal.

4.    House Trespass : Case FIR No. 202/19 has been registered at PS Sadar Shimla on dated 21-09-2019 U/S 451, 504, 186 & 189 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Vikram Chand HRTC Booking Office Lakkar Bazar R/o Vill. Shivi, PO Basantpur, Tehsil Sunni, Distt Shimla, HP alleging therein that on 21.09.2019 owner of Manohar Bus come to his above office and abused him. He also threatened him in his HRTC Office while he was performing his duty. The case is investigated by HC Lokender Singh I/O PP Lakkar Bazar, PS Sadar, Shimla.  

5.   House Trespass : Case FIR No. 89/19 has been registered at PS Jhakri on dated 21-09-2019 U/S 452, 323, 504, 506 IPC on the statement of Sh. Mast Ram S/o Sh. Jiwnu Ram R/o Village Khudna, PO Sarpara, Tehsil Rampur, Distt Shimla, HP alleging therein that one person namely Dila Ram trespassed his Kitchen and beaten him and his wife. He also threatened him. The case is being investigated by HC Diwan Chand I/O PS Jhakri.
