Crime Report on December 24, 2017

1.  A BURGLARY: Case FIR No 221/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 23.12.2017 U/S 457,380 IPC on the statement of Sh. Vipin Singh S/O Sh Bihari Lal R/o Village Bhadrash PO Duttnagar Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that on the intervening night of 22/23.12.2017, some unknown person has broken the door locks of his house and stolen away gold/silver ornaments and cash from his room. The case is being investigated by HC Lal Chand No 116 I/O PS Rampur.

2. During last 24 hours  262 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 131 fine realized  Rs. 60,500/- and 15 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 1,600/-.

1.   Accused i) Krishan Khattri S/o Sh.Vishnu Khattri R/o Vill Chyati, PO Rampur, Tehsil Anni, Distt. Kullu & Age 31 Yrs, ii) Rajender S/o Ranraj R/o Vill. Kalikot P.O. Kishanpur P.S. Dunahpith, Teh. Chnola, Distt. Anchal Beri Nepal & Age 36 Yrs, iii) Prakash S/o Harinand R/o Vill. Kagili, P.O. Kishanpur Teh. Chnola, Distt. Anchal Rapti Nepal, Age 28 year arrested in case FIR No. 241/17 Dt. 06.12.2017 U/S 223,224, IPC & 3 PDP Act at PS West Shimla, sent to judicial remand for 14 days by the Ld. Court.
