Crime Report Dec. 08,2017

1. A Theft case FIR No. 132/17 has been registered at PS New Shimla on 07-12-2017 u/s 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Murari Sharma S/o Sh. Surya Prakash Sharma R/o C/o Mahu Nag Brothers, BCS New Shimla alleging therein on 06-12-2017 his cousin Mr. Jagmohan Sharma S/o Sh. Tej Ram Sharma Vill Mugna PO Chaba Tehsil Sunni Distt Shimla had parked his vehicle No. HP09C-1258 at NH-22 Bye pass road BCS Shimla Outside the Mahunag Brothers. Subsequently Some unknown persons has stolen away documents, gold & silver ornaments and cash inside the vehicle. The case is being investigated  by LHC Rekha I.O PS New Shimla.  
2. An Accident case FIR NO 57/17  has been registered at PS Nerwa today on 08-12-2017  U/S 279, 337, 304 (A) IPC on the statement of  Sh. Satish   S/O Sh. Inder Singh Village Labrog P.O Tharoch Tehsil Nerwa Distt. Shimla  age about  19 years stated therein that on 07-12-17 at about 7.30 PM, a Bolero Camper No HP 63-0154 met with an accident at Matralda near Potnari & rolled down 100 meter from the road. In this accident, 4 persons namely Sandeep Sosodia S/O Sh. Mohan Singh R/O Kutagan P.O Tharoch, Dikshit S/O Sh. Bhagat Ram R/O Kutah P.O Tharoch, Sunil S/O Inder Singh Village Labrog P.O tharoch, DVR. Parshant S/O Inder Singh R/O Kutangan P.O Tharoch sustained injuries and  One person namely Ritik S/O Sh. Ram Lal R/O Kutah P.O Tharoch died on the spot . The case is being investigated by H.C Ramesh Chand N0 125  I/O P.S Nerwa.
3. During last 24 hours 291 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 171 fine realized  Rs. 65,300/- and 29 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 3,000/-

FOLLOW-UP

1. Accused Prem Bhadur @Prakash  S/o Ratna Bhadur VPO Chaufa PS Sarkena Distt. Rukam Aanchal Rawati Nepal arrested in case FIR No. 241/17 dated  06.12.2017 U/S 223,224 IPC ( escaped from Model central Jail Kanda) is being produce before Ld. Court.
