Crime Report on Dec. 06, 2017

1. AN ACCIDENT: case FIR No.  74/17  has been registered at PS Chopal on 05-12-2017 U/S 279 IPC on the statement of Smt. Abhilasha W/O Sh. Rakesh Chauhan R/O Village Kotibdog PO Baadoli Tehsil & PS Rajgarh Distt. Sirmour Stating therein that today at about 2.15 PM when She is going towards his home from chopal in his vehicle No. HP 08 A-0752 and reached at Galu his vehicle collides with car No.HP 62D-7004 driven by Dinesh chandel due to rush and negligent driving.  In this accident no person sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Virender Kumar I/O PS Chopal.
2. AN ACCIDENT: case FIR No. 135/17 has been registered at PS Kotkhai u/s 279,304A IPC on the statement of Shsudershan Dogra S/o Sh. Budhi Singh R/o Vill Shoshan PO Garawag Tehsil Kotkahai Stated therein that today 06-12-2017 at about 08-20 AM when he was going towards Jouni he saw that one A/F Car HP03-4393 met with an accident and Bariender S/o Prakash Chand R/o Vill Garai PO Grawag Teshil Kotkhai Distt. Shimla died on the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Ashok Kumar I.O PS Kotkhai.
3. A HOUSE TRESPASS case FIR No. 214/17 has been registered at PS Sadar on dated       05-12-2017 U/S 451, 323, 506, 34 IPC on the complaint of Sona Devi w/o Sh. Sunil Kumar R/o House NO. 24, block No. 7 CPWD Colony Bemloi Distt Shimla alleging therein that on 06-11-2017 when she was giving food to his children in her kitchen at the same time Munish Kumar, Sunita Devi and Rekha Devi illegally entered into her house and started abusing r and beaten her.
4. AN ESCAPE FROM CONFINEMENT OR CUSTODY NEGLIGENTLY SUFFERED BY PUBLIC SERVANT: case FIR No. 241/17 has been registered at PS West today on  06.12.2017 U/S 223,224 IPC on the statement of Sh. Sushil Kumar Thakur Superintendent Central model Jail Kanda Shimla stated therein that Under trial prisoners Liladhar Khadak @ Lalit, Pratap Singh and Prem bhadur have escaped from Jail by cutting the Iron roads of window of barrack No.-4 and crossed the main wall with the support of pipe in the intervening night of 05/06-12-2017. The case is being investigated by ASI Vijay Kumar I.O PS West.  
5. A CAUSING DEATH BY NEGLIGENCE ACT. case FIR No. 150/17 has been registered at PS Rohru on 06.12.2017 U/S 336, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Lokinder Sharma S/o Lt. Sh. Mahender Dev Sharma R/o Village Chiuni PO Lowerkoti Tehsil Rohru Distt. Shimla HP age 30 yrs. stated therein that today on 06.12.2017 at 2.30 am Excavator Hyundai Machine operator Madan Lal cutting his land with Machine at BautiNala. During cutting of land operator Madan Lal was covering the lights of Dashboard with cloth. suddenly cloth fell down in machine chain, when Operator Madan Lal tried to lift the cloth Suddenly Madan Lal strapped between the machine and died on the spot. This incident occurred due to negligent work of owner of Excavator Hyundai Machine Jaswant Singh S/O Ram Rattan R/O Ropar Punjab. The case is being investigated by SI/SHO Ranjeet Singh PS Rohru.
6. During last 24 hours 290 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, Compounded= 106 fine realized  Rs. 54,000/- and 29 persons challaned under Smoking Act & fine collected Rs. 2,900/-.

Sher Singh Mehta R/o Village Nehra PO Bahali Tehsil Rampur, Shimla, age 22 years arrested in case FIR No. 204/17 Dt. 04.12.17 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Rampur is remanded in Police custody upto 07-12-2017.
2. Accused Akshay Verma S/o Sh. Sewa Nand Verma R/o Village Seri PO Sawamahu, Tehsil & PS Karsog, Distt. Mandi, age 22 years arrested in case FIR No. 213/17 Dt. 05.12.17 U/S 21,22-61-85 ND&PS Act PS Shimla Sadar is remanded in Police custody upto 07-12-2017 by the Ld. Court
3. Accused Nitesh Thakur S/O Krishan Dutt R/O Village Phayal P.O. Dhari Teh. and Distt. Shimla H.P. Age 28 Years arrested in case FIR No239/17 Dated 30.11.2017 U/S 341,323,307,34 IPC at PS West Shimla is remanded in Judicial custody by the Ld. Court.
4. Accused Nirdosh Thakur S/O Krishan Dutt R/O Village Phayal P.O. Dhari Teh. and Distt. Shimla H.P. Age 26 Years arrested in case FIR No239/17 Dated 30.11.2017 U/S 341,323,307,34 IPC  at P.S. West Shimla  is remanded in Judicial  custody by the Ld. Court.
