Crime Report September 22, 2017

1.    A Wrongful restraint and criminal intimidation case FIR No. 180/17 has been registered at PS West today on 22-09-2017 u/s 341,323,504,506,34 IPC on the Complaint of Sh. Ramesh Kumar S/o Late Sh. Sanu Ram A/P Chowkidar o/o Director Management HP Transport Co. HQ Shimla-3 alleging therein that on 21-09-2017 he was going to home and when he reached near Tara Devi Bus Stand at the same time Ladi S/o Sulkhan and her wife obstructed his way, beaten and threatened him with dire consequences. The Case is being investigated by ASI Amrinder Singh I.O PS West.

2.    An Accident case FIR No. 102/17 has been registered at PS Kumarsain today on 22-09-2017 u/s 279,337,304A IPC on the statement of SH. Arun Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Sain R/o Vill Dhmori PO Baghar Tehsil stated therein today he alongwith Rajat was going to Bharara from Kumarsain and when they reached near Bharara Rajat driver of Vehicle lost control over the vehicle due to rash and negligent driving and vehicle rolled down from the road. In this accident he sustained injuries and Rajat died on the spot. The case is being investigated by HC Rakesh Kumar I.O PS Kumarsain.

3.    During last 24 hours 188 vehicle were challenged under MV Act, compounded =68 & fine realized Rs 26,100/- and 12 persons challaned under Smoking Act and fine collected Rs. 1,200/-

1.    Accused Smt Shanti Devi W/o Sh. Tanku Ram R/o Vill. Gharshal PO Devidhar Tehsil Chirgaon age 35 years arrested in case FIR No. 106/17 dated 20-09-2017 u/s 454,380 IPC at PS Rohru remanded in Police Custody upto 23-09-2017.
