1.    A GREVIOUS INJURY: Case FIR No 159/17 has been registered at PS Rampur today on 16.09.2017 U/S 325,326 IPC on the application of Smt. Kusamlata W/O Lt. Sh Lachhmi Nand R/o Village Kochari PO Jeori Tehsil Rampur Bsr distt Shimla alleging therein that on 15.09.2017 at about 03-30 PM, her son namely Harish Bansal who is studying in +2 Class at GSSS Rampur, was going towards College, on the way near Safed Dhank Naveen Mahajan started quarrel with him & beaten him brutally with sharp weapon, sustained grievous injury to him. The case is being investigated by HC Janak Raj I/O PP City Rampur Bsr

2.    A BURGLRY Case FIR No. 116/17 has been registered at PS Kotkhai on 15-09-2017 u/s 457,380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Ram Lal Chauhan S/o Sadh Ram Vill Malkoti PO Nagan Tehsil Kotkhai Distt. Shimla alleging therein that last week when he was out of station some unknown person has stolen away silver and Gold ornaments from his house.

3.    A BURGLARY: Case FIR No. 175/17 has been registered at PS Shimla West today on 16.09.2017 U/S 454, 380 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Roop Chand Kashyap S/o Sh. Rama Nand R/o Village & PO Pattabrouri, District Solan A/p Fitjali Cottage near Geeta Mandir, Tutikandi Shimla, age 42 years alleging therein that on 15.09.2017, some unknown person has broken the door of her room and stolen away her diamond ring, gold ornaments & cash. The case is being investigated by ASI Pratap Singh, I/O PS West.

4.    During last 24 hours 256 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 106 & fine realized Rs. 37,900/- and 10 persons challaned under Smoking Act and fine collected Rs. 1,000/-.
