Crime Report September 19, 2017

1.    A Criminal Breach of Trust case FIR No. 105/17 has been registered at PS Rohru on 18/09/2017 U/S 407 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Mehar Singh S/O late Sh. Murki lal R/O VPO Jagothi Teh. Rohru Distt. Shimla A/P Prop. M.S.T Shop No. 19 New Subji Mandi Rohru Distt. Shimla HP alleging therein that on 26 august 2017 he had loaded 438 apple boxes to M.M Ara through Jai Durga Co-operative Transport Society in the Truck No. UP13-1191 driven by owner cum driver Mustkim S/O Sh. Alimuddin R/O House No. 47 Azad Nagar Sikandrabaad Bulandshehar UP. But above Truck has not arrived at the destination till now. The case is being investigated by HC Pawan I/O PP City Rohru.

2.    A Gambling Act case FIR No. 71/17 has been registred at PS Chirgaon on 18-09-2017 u/s 4 Gambling act on the rukka of HHC Shishi Ram PS Chirgaon alleging therein that he alongwith staff was on patrolling duty towards Dhamwari. During Patrolling he found 04 person playing gambling near Dhmawari and recovered Rs. 1050/-. The case is being investigated by HHC Shishi Ram I.O.  PS Chirgaon.

3.    An Accident case FIR No. 72/17 has been registered at PS Chirgaon today on 19-09-2017 u/s 279,337 IPC on the rukka of HC Pawan Kumar I.O PS Chirgaon alleging therein that today at about 11-20 AM one vehicle No. HP63D-3530 (Bolero Camper) met with an accident due to rash and negligent driving of driver Raju S/o late Sh. Sen Ram VPO Gonsari Tehsil Chirgaon Distt. Shimla. In this accident Raju Sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by HC Pawan Kumar.

4.    During last 24 hours 185 vehicle were challenged under MV Act, compounded =90 & fine realized Rs 42,000/- and 13 persons challaned under Smoking Act and fine collected Rs. 1300/-

1. Accused Virender Mohan S/o Sh. Om Prakash R/o Village Kathiyana PO Chambi, Tehsil Chopal, Distt.  Shimla arreseted in case FIR No. 49/17 Dt. 17.09.17 U/S 20-61-85 ND&PS at PS Chopal remanded in Police Custody up to 21-09-2017 by the Ld. Court.
2. Accused 1) Thakur Dass S/o Sh Almu Ram R/o Vill Noon PO Khunni Tehsil and P.S Kumarsain Age 62 Years, 2) Ranjeev S/o Sh Thakur Dass r/o Vill Noon PO Khunni, Tehsil and P.S Kumarsain Age 32 Years 3) Manjeev S/o Sh Thakur Dass R/o Vill Noon PO Khunni  Tehsil and P.S Kumarsain Age 30 Years, 4) Lekh Raj S/o Sh Cheat Ram R/o Vill Shlag PO Khunni  Sub. Tehsil Nankhari Age 32 Years  arrested in case FIR No 99/17 dated 18-9-2017 U/S 341,323,427,382,147,149 IPC remanded in Police custody upto 21-9-2017 by the Ld. Court.
