Crime Report September 08, 2017

1.       A Rioting case FIR No. 67/17 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 07-09-2017 u/s 147,149,323,504,506 IPC on the statement of Sumam Parkash S/o Sh. Kanshi Ram Vill. Bunsari PO Sindasli Tehsil Chirgaon Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 07-09-2017 he alongwith his brothers Vidhya Bhushan, Bharat Bhushan and laborers were plucking the apple from his orchards at the same time Sulajeet Singh , Surguni Devi, Kamlesh, Bina Devi and others came there, beaten them and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Singh I.O. PS Chirgaon.

2.       A Voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons case FIR No. 68/17 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 07-09-2017 u/s 323,324 IPC on the statement of Sulajit Singh S/o Sh. Ramanand R/I Bunsari PO Sindasli Tehsil Chirgaon Distt Shimla stated therein that on 07-09-2017 he was present in his orchards at Shalda near bonsari village alongwith his wife Surguni Devi and daughter in law Kamlesh. Sonu Deshta (Contractor) and Pallvi Sharma was also present there. At about 10-30 AM Vidhya Bhushan, Bharat Bhushan and Suman Parkash came there beaten them with sticks and weapons. In this incident he sustained injuries. The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Singh I.O PS Chirgaon.

3.       A Rioting case FIR No. 69/17 has been registered at PS Chirgaon on 07-09-2017 u/s 147,149,323,504,506 IPC on the statement of Trilok Singh S/o Sh. Sunljit Singh Vill. Bunsari PO Sindasli Tehsil Chirgaon Distt. Shimla stated therein that on 07-09-2017 when he was present outside the Police Station Chirgaon at the same time Naval Kishor, Satpal Bhtwan, Subha Devi, Sushma Devi and others came there and attacked on him with sticks and stone and threatened with dire consequences. The case is being investigated by ASI Kuldeep Singh I.O. PS Chirgaon.

4.       A Theft case FIR No. 163/17 has been registered at PS Theog today on 08-09-2017 u/s 379 IPC on the complaint of Sh. Kapil Bhardwaj Vice President GP Bharada Vill Dhanot PO & Tehsil Theog alleging therein that in the intervening night of 07-09-2017 some unknown person has stolen away solar light in Dhanot Village. The Case is being investigated by HC Aadarsh Kumar I.O PS Theog.

5.       An Accident  case FIR No. 59/2017 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 7.9.2017 u/s 279,337 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Sh. Dipender Tharu Vill Jotpur Teh. Radhapur Distt. Bardiya Nepal stated therein that he alongwith Balkrishan & Jai ram was going toward Vill. Chamaru and when they reached near Shirthi one vehicle No. HP51A-4142 came rashly and negligently and hit them. In this accident they sustained injuries.  The case is being investigated by HC Suresh Kumar. 

6.       A Cruelty to animal Act case FIR No. 64/17 has been registered at PS Sunni on 07-09-2017 u/s 11 the prevention of cruelty of animal Act 1960 on the statement of Babu Ram S/o Sh. Mohan Lal Vill. Panohi PO Sain Distt. Shimla stated therein that in the intervening night of 06-09-2017 some unknown person has entered in his cow shed and mercilessly tying all legs of his cow. The case is being investigated by ASI Dilu Ram I.O PS Sunni.

7.       During last 24 hours 207 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 143 & fine realized Rs. 54,400/-, 13 persons challaned under Smoking Act and fine collected Rs. 1,300/-.

FOLLOW-UP

1.       Accused Ravi Sharma S/o Sh. Sukh Ram R/o Village Bachadbad, PO Mahipur Teh. Dadau Distt. Sirmaur age-53 year arrested today in case FIR No 149/17 Dt. 23.08.2017 U/S 407 IPC at PS Theog, is remanded in Judicial custody by the Ld. Court.

2.       Accused Lucky Thakur S/o  Veerpal Thakur  R/o Parsa PO Lowerkoti Teh Rohru  age 19 years and Aman @ Rohit S/o Surender Singh R/o VPO Giltari Tehsil Jubbal Distt Shimla age 21 yrs has been arrested in case FIR No. 98/17 dated 30.08.17 u/s 341, 323, 307, 506, 34 IPC at PS Rohru remanded in police custody upto 11.09.2017, by the Ld. Court

3.       Accused Parvej Akhtar S/o Muhmad Iqbal R/o Ward No.02 near Kotibani Koti Chalog Distt. Kathuaa J&K age 21 years, 2) Muhamad Arshad S/o Shaukat Ali R/o Ward No. 5 Vill Surjan PO & Tehsil Bani Distt. Kathua J&K age 25 years have been arrested in case FIR No. 163/17 dated 08-09-2017 u/s 379 IPC at PS Theog.
