Crime Report On September 10, 2017.

1.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 162/17 has been registered at PS West on 10.09.2017 U/S 279 IPC & 187 MV Act on the statement of Driver Ashok Kumar S/o Sh. Ram Singh R/o Vill. Daseranwala, PO Bhararighat, Tehsil Arki, Solan A/P driver of Vehicle NO. HP52B-1640 HPPWD, Nigam Vihar, Chotta Simla alleging therein that on dtd 10.09.2017 at 2.45 AM he heard a voice and he just went to his above vehicle Near Tunnel 103, he saw that a Truck No. HP11-5753 hit his above vehicle and run away from the spot, but he trapped him at ISBT Crossing. The case is being investigated by HC Sanjay, I/O PS West, Shimla.

2.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 69/17 has been registered at PS Jhakri today on 09.09.2017 U/S 279, 337 IPC on the statement of Sh. Tara Chand S/O Sh. Rattan Dass R/O village Kharkag PO Jhakri Tehsil Rampur Distt. Shimla HP. He allinging that on dated 09-09-2017 at about 05-30 pm when he was working neat temple at Jhakri then a person namely Arjun Nepali going towards Landless Jhakri alongwith Scooter NO HP 06-2139 in over speed when the above Scooter reached at near Temple at curve at that time the above scooter met with an accident another motor cycle no CH03-U5598. In this incidents Arjun nepali has got sustsained injuries in his head & mouth & another person namely Lalit Kumar has got also be injuried in head. All of these just happened due to the necligency & rash driving of Arjun Nepali. Case is being investigating by HC Suresh Kumar I/O PS Jhakri.

3.    AN ACCIDENT: Case FIR No. 70/17 has been registered at PS Jhakri today on 10.09.2017 U/S 279, 337, 304A IPC on the statement of Sh. Radha Krishan S/O Jai Ram  R/O VPO Urni  Tehsil Nichar HP alleiging therein that on dated 10-09-2017 when he & Madan  Singh S/O Sh Banna Singh R/O VPO Yula Tehsil Nichar Distt  kinnour Age 52 yrs was Going in Vehicle No HP26A-1858 Pick up toward Bithal to  his native Village  at that time near Rattanpur madan Singh  Driver of said vehicle lose his control on this vehicle & vehicle fell down from NH 05 about 200 feet down side of road. . In this incidents Radha krishan has got sustsained injuries & another person namely Madan Singh ( Driver/ Owner) has dead on spot. All of these just happened due to the necligency & rash driving of Madan Singh . Case is being investigating by ASI Bir Singh I/O PS Jhakri.

4.    A CHEATING: Case FIR No. 60/17 has been registered at PS Jubbal on 09.09.2017 U/S 407,420,  465, 468, 471 IPC on the complaint of SH. Chaman Lal Tanta S/o Sh. Mohan Lal Tanta R/o Mihana, Dochi, Jubbal alleiging therein that he is Secretary of Hateshwari production of Fruits & Vegetables, on dated 30.07.2017 he loaded the 252 boxes of Apple, 156 boxes of Pears on Truck No. HR 38Q-0374  for Delhi. He contacted with Driver/Owner Wahid R/o Faridabad through given Phone No. 7302030391 but is was switched off. The Case is being investigated by I/O PS Jubbal.

5.    A BURGLARY : Case FIR No. 154/17 has been registered at PS Rampur on 09.09.2017 U/S 454, 380, 511 IPC on the application of Sh Janta Devi W/O Sh Sohan Lal Village Dalot PO Bhadhwali Tehsil Rampur Bsr Distt Shimla HP alleging therein that her Brother -in Law went to Chandigarh along with his family and she was deputed as a caretaker of his home in absence of him. On dated 9/9/17 at about 5.30 PM she saw light burning inside Brother -in Law’s home, she went inside and found the locks of the door broken and one person namley Mohan Lal was also present inside the kitchen, Mohan Lal has attempted to commit burglary. Case has been registered and is being investigated by HC Ram Kumar No 129.IO PS Rampur Bsr.

6.    A BURGLARY : Case FIR No. 161/17 has been registered at PS West on 09.09.2017 U/S 454, 380 IPC on the application of Sh. Nimish Gupta S/o Sh. Virender Kumar Gupta R/o Pine Wood Appartmet Friends Colony Badai Nr Sankat Mochan, Shimla alleging therein that on dated 09/09/2017 at about 10.30 AM as he and His wife arrived at his home from he house of his brother-in-law. He found that some unknown person stolen away the items as under:- Silver glasses= 2, Silver Katori= 1, Silver Thali Big= 1 1^1/2 kg wt., Digital Camra Canon= 1, Laptop Lenova= 1, Gold bengal= 1 ( 4 Tola), Cash Rs. 10,000/- Silver notes(7-8), Wrist watch= 2, Siler Saree hanging around 8 tola. The case is being investigated by ASI Pratap Singh I/o PS West, Shimla.

7.    During last 24 hours 206 vehicles were challaned under MV Act, compounded = 81 & fine realized Rs. 35,400/-, 13 persons challaned under Smoking Act and fine collected Rs. 1,400/- .

1. Accused i) Lucky Thakur S/o  Veerpal Thakur  R/o Parsa PO Lowerkoti Teh Rohru  age 19 years and ii) Aman @ Rohit S/o Surender Singh R/o VPO Giltari Tehsil Jubbal Distt Shimla age 21 yrs has been arrested in case FIR No. 98/17 dated 30.08.17 u/s 341, 323, 307, 506, 34 IPC at PS Rohru remanded in police custody upto 11.09.2017, by the Ld. Court
2. Accused 1) Parvej Akhtar S/o Muhmad Iqbal R/o Ward No.02 near Kotibani Koti Chalog Distt. Kathuaa J&K age 21 years, 2) Muhamad Arshad S/o Shaukat Ali R/o Ward No. 5 Vill Surjan PO & Tehsil Bani Distt. Kathua J&K age 25 years, arrested in case FIR No. 163/17 Dt. 08.09.2017 U/S 379 IPC at PS Theog, are remanded in Police Custody upto 11.09.2017, by the Ld. Court.  
3. Accused Mohan Lal S/o Lt. Sh. Shyalu Ram R/O Vill. Batali Po Kartot Tehsil Rampur Distt Shimla HP age 37 years, has been arrested on 09-09-17 at 10.30 pm at Bhadawali in Case FIR No. 154/17 Dated 09-09-17 U/S 454,380,511 IPC PS Rampur is remanded in police Custody upto 11.09.2017.
4. Accused Naveen Rana S/o Sh. Satpal Rana R/o Vill. Jitata, PO Masli, Tehsil Chirgaon, Distt Shimla age 19 years has been arrested in case FIR NO. 98/17 dtd 30.08.2017 U/s 341,323,307,506,34 IPC PS Rohru on dated 09.09.17 is remanded in police Custody upto 11.09.2017.
